Horrible experience, I went to this store to buy a prepaid phone (GoPhone) and the seller refused to sell me a prepaid phone, the seller would only sell me a prepaid phone if I signed a contract with them, I asked Why does Walmart sell it? and he answered me, go to Walmart, here you have to have a contract .. I called AT&T headquarters and they told me (IF YOU WANT TO BUY A PREPAYED TELEPHONE YOU CAN GO TO ANY AT&T STORE AND BUY IT WITHOUT MAKING CONTRACTS) this store now is under investigations for too many customer service complaints I have everything recorded in audio .. my recommendation STAY AWAY FROM THE AT&T STORE IN MIAMI BEACH (AT&T, 1601 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139)

The absolute worst service. After waiting for over an hour and each employee having to ask one another to figure out how to get into my account. They finally tell me my phone is not in the store. When I had purchased it online and it said it would be there. Another 30 minutes of the entire staff sitting down trying to find ONE person that knows how to do their job they finally get my phone. Never switch the sims. Had to then call att and switch it with customer service because I didnt want to go back. Would rate 0 stars. Dont even bother. This place makes me want to switch to Verizon.

They stole me $ 50.00 when I tried to put money on my Netgear hotspot and after that every time and in every device I tried to navigate it was showed a message saying I had no money on my Netgear hotspot. I complained to the worker at this store and he could not care less about it, saying they would not give my money back and that I should call AT&T by myself to tried to fix their problem. I called AT&T and they could not care less about either, telling me to try to find some help at this store...

My experience was good. I went there for a replacement sim card for my Go Phone, and there was someone there to greet me at the door. I tried to call ahead, but the lines were so busy. Luckily, I called the 800 No. to make sure what I needed to get a replacement sim card and it turns out it was free at Corp. Location. Otherwise I would have paid $10 for a replacement at Walgreens.

I have an AT@T sim card, and there is no service at all when I travel to another state within US away from my local area. It happened twice and I contacted their customer service and visit this store. They cant fix this problem. The staff in this store look like dont care about your problem at all. Disappointed. I will change to another carrier anyway.

There store gets pretty busy during lunch time and after 4:30, but the staff there is amazing and helpful and get to you quickly! The store sign is kind of small and can barely be seen on Washington Ave, but they are just about half way between Lincoln and 15th on the side with the taller buildings. I appreciate their knowledgable and friendly staff.

Visited Miami last week, needed a pre paid sim with data plan. payed around 95$ for 2 Sims with unlimited texts and calls with 2GB of LTE Data. the staff was very helpful (a guy named Christian) and even helped with replacing the sims on my Cell. the reception and the data rates throughout the trip was very good, over all highly recommended.

Arrogant salespersons plainly refused to sell pre-paid mobile and data plans, which are available even from authorized dealers. They couldnt explain why certain sim cards wouldnt work with smartphones - not sure whether they received no training, or had instructions not to sell affordable plans to smartphone users.
