These people are scammers. Do not recommend to anyone. I brought my iPhone 6 plus to this shop for a screen replacement back in March of this year; aside from the cracked screen, the phone was fully functional. For one, the service was beyond unprofessional. The phone was not ready within the promised time to begin with; one of the representatives guaranteed that the service would be completed within the next day by 1:00 PM latest, however, seeing that it was an hour before closing on that promised day, I decided to give them a call to check on the status of my phone, only to find out that no one had actually worked on the phone. The following day, I receive my phone and drive all the way back home, only to find out that the headphone jack was not working properly anymore. I return immediately and let them know that this was NOT an issue before bringing the phone in for repair. Rather than apologize and take care of the customer for the mistake that they committed, these people had the audacity to charge me for an ADDITIONAL repair that was THEIR fault. I refused to do so, and since the manager was supposedly not available, I had no other choice than to return home and send a follow up email to their general manager (I planned on returning regardless of whether he responded or not). The general manager responded and told me to bring my phone in to correct the issue free of charge. Aside from that, I had also provided them with a brand new screen that I had purchased so that they wouldnt have to sell me their parts. After I received my phone the second time, the agent had told me that they decided to replace the screen again because the one that I had provided them with originally was "defective". So I asked them to return the screen that I had purchased and provided them with so that I could return it to Amazon (since it was brand new and "defective").. The agent claimed to have misplaced it and offered no other solution. Shortly after, the screen on my phone mysteriously begins to have issues. A friend of mine who is a Geek Squad Apple certified repair agent opened the phone up to show me what was causing the issues. He informed me that some of the screws that held down the phones cables were missing, which causes the screens cables to loosen up from the board and in turn, causes the screen to flicker and black out completely. All in all, poor customer service and a half-assed repair job. These people just take advantage of their customers. Theyre like shady mechanics; where you bring your car in for one issue and leave with another. If I could give these people less than one star, I would. Please do not bring your phone to this place. Do not waste your time and money. P.S. PLEASE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS FROM THE OTHERS ON HERE!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS GONE THROUGH THIS!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! The good reviews are most likely fake.

These people are awful. Extremely unprofessional. I brought my IPhone in for a screen repair, and discovered shortly after that the vibration of the phone was off. It sounded like a hair trimmer. I told my friend about what I was experiencing and mentioned that I went to the IPhone Repair place on the beach.. Too bad that I didnt tell him that I was going to this place beforehand; he told me that he knows multiple people that have been scammed by these assholes. Their prices arent even as good as they claim. He recommended the Ocean Wireless place on Washington Ave. Dude what a difference!! The tech there was courteous, professional, and efficient. He finished before my 30 minute parking meter ran out! And he also told me that the reason that the phone sounded like that was because it was improperly installed. AND it was missing pieces. And Ive noticed a pattern. I read through all of the reviews, and I see that every time someone posts a similar experience, all of a sudden, a couple of "awesome" experiences pop up shortly after. Scammers.

Eastern European Soviet Style bad tempered usurer; STAY AWAY! I wasnt the only disgruntled customer at store today... Brought dead phone to store, Matthias didnt know cause, I suggested maybe the battery, Matthias demanded advance payment in case that didnt work, paid $79 for opening phone and testing another phones battery in it, not even a replacement; which it didnt work anyways. Then Matthias called another tech who suggested something else, for which I paid another $120. Matthias agreed to save backed up info so I could return for it at a later date (after paying over $200 in services least that could be done... No additional charges were discussed) come back and provider demands another $40 for my data kept in his computer; I requested a discount and got yelled at by Matthias (owner/manager) that this is a business not a charity! QUICK UPDATE... The backup for which I just paid $40 to get back; didnt even work anyways; after paying the $40... GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Soooo my brother tried to DIY and replace his iPhone 6s battery following online tutorials and got a kit for $39. He ended up breaking his screen completely, including the LCD. We were about to throw it away, and buy a new phone until we saw Iphone Repair Miami Beach shop on Yelp. We can totally see why they are so busy! They were very friendly and helpful, and we only waited 10 minutes for them to replace the screen and LCD. Not only were they friendly, they are also very knowledgeable and they have experience working at Apple, which explained why they are experts! We had a great experience here, well come back soon to replace my moms battery. Definitely come to this shop if you need any iPhone repairs!

I recently paid a visit to the IPhone repair shop in the Miami Beach location. Very positive experience with the staff. They were knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for fixing my completely cracked screen. I made a joke about my phone being so cracked that it looked like spider mans webs. The employee laughed at my joke and took a liking to me. I enjoyed how the store is organized and how the staff was straightforward. They gave me a great deal for the quality repair. All in all, a great experience. I cant complain when the price, customer service, and quality was on point! I would recommend this location with confidence.

This by far is the nicest staff in a phone store i have ever experienced. The Manager was so intelligent that he helped me with every problem i had with my phone in under 5 minutes. My spider web cracked screen was fixed in 22 minutes and he helped my wife and kids with all the apps that were bothering them while he fixed the phone in front of me. Simply amazing! I wish this store was in my hometown in India. great service. i will mail my phone to them to fix because of how they treated me like family!
