Stay away from this place if you want phone service but feel free to walk in for some cheerful smiles. Went in there to get an account set up and while the 2 ladies working there were very nice they were fairly unhelpful and knew next to nothing about the services they were selling. I signed up with them anyway because I needed a working phone and there are almost no other options in the area. They told me the only way to check my data usage aside from an automated text message was to come into the store to ask which seemed somewhat ridiculous and since then I have found out it is straight up wrong info. They told me that I would receive a text message when I was at 75% of my accounts data usage and then when I went back in a few days later there was a guy in there who told me I would receive a text at 50% usage and then he said I had used 52% of my allowance according to their computer system. I asked how come I hadnt received a text message at 50% and he just looked at me with a dumbfounded expression. (I ended up receiving an automated text message at 90% usage) Now that I am dealing with MetroPCSs tech support directly I am finding out that things were set up incorrectly in my account and there is some PIN I am supposed to know which I was never ever told about before today.

Very unethical, unprofessionals and rude. Sold me a phone that worked for a few hours and the when I came back next day, they dont have that type of phone anymore and want me to be without phone until monday because they need to order one and they dont want to return my money. So, Im stuck with a phone that doesnt work and with no service, which is already paid, whatsoever.
