SOLD ME DEAD BATTERIES!!! I came here to buy battery replacements for my smart key for my car. The guy took my key to the back (which I thought was weird) and came back about a minute later. He showed me it worked by clicking the button to my car and making it lock and unlock once. But literally, one day later, it was no longer working. I didnt keep the receipt because I thought it was working. When I took it my smart key to the dealership to get it reprogrammed, the technician told me I had a dead battery in my key and I had to purchase a new one from the dealership. NEVER again will i buy anything from this chain of stores. They are a RIP OFF.

Their battery pricing is absurd. I just called on two SLA batteries. A 6v 4.5aH and a BB BP8-12 12 volt. Average pice from over twenty stores including Sears, Walmart, etc was less than $6 for the 6 volt and around $15 for the 12 volt. Batteries Plus price...? Try $22 for the 6 volt and $49 for the 12 volt. Since I need 2 6 volt and 2 12 volt. That would be a cost of $142+tax for the exact same 4 batteries that I can get just about anywhere else for $42. Thats a straight up $100 difference. As stated, their battery prices are absurd.

I ended up here for a key fob battery when the place I usually go to was closed in the middle of the day. Within seconds of walking in I was greeted. I showed them the package from the old battery and instead of telling me where to find it they grabbed it for me which I appreciated. They had exactly what I needed and gave great customer service. They seemed to have every kind of battery you could possible need in their clean and well organized store. I definitely will be coming here for now on.

They did a nice job on my iPhone 6 screen. Made a thorough test on all the functions of the phone before taking it apart to replace the busted screen and finished it in a couple of hours. Make sure you call for an appointment because they are a busy little store, probably because of the good service. Priced slightly higher than some of the Hole in the wall places but worth it to me to have a large chain company to back any warranty issues.

No matter what I need in replacement parts or work to be done on a piece of equipment Kristen does it. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely first class, courteous service. Both employees on Saturday morning were knowledgeable, accommodating, forward-thinking and genuine. When the website recommended a battery which didnt fit my Iron 883 HD bike, I went back, and experienced painless, effort-free exchanges and bought more products I needed anyway because these people truly just get it. These guys are a rip off! The owner was unfriendly (employee was nice)... They told me I was getting a great discount for my battery @ $32 only to find the exact same battery on eBay for $7....buy your batteries on eBay NOT HERE AT THERE CROOKS! BIG RIP OFF!
