Truly the only mobile phone store I shop at. The staff is always friendly and helps me with whatever mobile solutions I need, not to mention the insane promos that Best Buy mobile has to offer. Last time I went in I had the staff sign my mother up for a new carrier service and new IPhone and she was given a $300 gift card for her new activation.

I only like to leave reviews when I have a really bad experience or a really great experience.. In this case I had an amazing experience! Ive had issues at other mobile phone stores but not in this case. I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked into the store. Walked out feeling good with my purchase. Definitely recommend this store.

I bought my JBL Flip 3 a couple months ago, and purchased the 2 year warranty with it. (Smart move on my end) Last night the speaker blew. It was missing the charging cord due to me breaking it on accident.. They replaced it with no hassle. Wish I knew their names, they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend their services.
