Wow, So here is the new RadioShack/Sprint. I was hoping that when the new Hedge Fund Standard Generals CEO Mr. Soohyung Nmn Kim bought 1700 of the stores and the Name Radio Shack that it would be a better company but WOW! They just sent me an email for a free gift if I come to the store (a 45 minute round trip) at 4246 Northlake Blvd. The email says "Show this email at the sprint store at RafioShack indicated on the map above (The Northlake store) to receive...... The email also has a Bar Code on it. So....Being a technology store and having the email on my Sprint Phone you would think that I could "SHOW" the email at the register and get my gift. Ha!!!!! Not at this faux technology store. You need to have brought a printed paper copy of the email to get your gift. The response when I told them round trip that it cost me 45 minutes and another 45 minutes to go home and print it...The response was "SORRY, I CANT HELP YOU" Yep, not, "Let me get you your gift." Not "I understand why this bothers you and I am sorry for the aggravation" lol, but I was told that it is not "Sprint" when I said I was upset with Sprint "its RadioShack" FYI Manager....THE EMAIL CAME FROM SPRINT. So I guess you both screwed up. I have been a Sprint customer since 95 and a RadioShack customer since 1975. I am now done with both!!!!!!!!!! DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU THINK WITH YOUR WALLET!!!!!!

On 12/7/16 I called the Store phone # 7 time and nobody picked up, i called Radioshack phone number and the sprint rep had the audacity to tell the Radioshack rep to tell me i can keep calling back or wait on hold on the Radioshack phone because he had a customer. I thought that was part of their job, answer the phone, CONSULT customers on what devices and accessories to get. if you cannot do your job to the exactly as stated on your job description when you accept the job, he/she need to look for another job. PS YOU SUCK

Went in to upgrade my iPhone6 from a 16gb to a 64gb due to lack of storage, and felt very comfortable with the relaxing environment and friendly rep named Kassandra. I would definitely be returning whenever I need any type of Sprint service.
