Today I went in to switch over from BOOST MOBILE and I have to say was the BEST decision I made. The customer service is sooo much better especially this location I went to. The employees were so helpful and even set up my google account for me they gave me a great deal on my accessories and made sure I understood everything about METROPCS before I left. Thank you to all the staff working there you are my new FAVORITE carrier and store :)

I am so pleased with the service I get at this location EVERY TIME, they let me know about new promos and let me know when I can get a better deal on my plan for me and my family..... I would have given them 5 stars but although I know there is nothing they can do about that 90day policy they were still so great to give me a loner phone while my 90days were up NO other MetroPCS has done that for me. I wont go anywhere else.

Very good service. Staff knows their products and they help you out buying a new phone. Was explained pro and cons about several devices. They really help you find the best deal. I was helped by a capable young woman. Keep in mind I can only speak for my experience. Dont know about other staff.

They are very rude and unprofessional. They messed up the payment method I requested and after going back to correct their mistake, they kick me out of the store and tell me not to come back! Very bad customer service skills!
