DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! Shop at this MetroPCS I went in there on Friday January 15, 2016 @ around 2-3pm in the afternoon. The representative that helped me was Jessica who at first seemed nice but this girl and her manager scammed me. I wanted to get on a family plan with my mom she was going to get the $30 plan and I was going to get the $60 plan. When you get the family plan each bill goes down $5, nothing else special about it. My mom doesnt really use her internet like that but I told Jessica from the beginning that I wanted the unlimited plan because Im always on my internet so at no time did I discuss anything less than the unlimited plan with her . So she was like OK and proceeded to do the transaction. We were switching from Boost Mobile so the phones were free. In total I paid her $94.60. Let me break it down $25 for my moms $30 plan + $55 for my $60 plan.. Then there was sales tax of $7.30 for each line for a total of $94.60 cash. She put my receipt in the bag with the boxes and handed us the phones. It wasnt until the next day that I received a text message saying that I was out of Data so I looked at my receipt and saw that my receipt only stated a charge of $60 plus the sales tax for each phone and it showed change due $20.00. Jessica knows damn well what I gave her and at no time did she give me back $20 in change. I called the store and the same manager that was there was just like " O, I dont know what to tell you because I talked to Jessica and she said she only charged you $60 Dollars, So I told him to run the tapes cause I counted it out to her and paid her exact change. He then tells me "O the tapes wont show all of that." These people really fail to realize I work for a living I have better things to do with my time than fight with them over $20 petty ass dollars. Today is January 21, so I have only had my phone for 6 days their return policy is 7 days, tomorrow I am off from work so I will be returning to that same store for a full refund. Yes I probably wont get the $20 back and I may not get a full refund because I have already used 6 days of service, but thats okay because I would rather lose out on a little more money this one last time than to continue paying money every month to a shady ass company that steals and then lies to try and cover it up.

Knowledgeable staff that was able to take care of my every need. I broke my phone and they quickly put me into a new phone and brought over all my backed up data. New phone was cheaper than advertised online and I was made aware that there would be a $15 service charge which I had no issue with. People leaving bad reviews for being charged a service fee are ridiculous. Every MetroPCS store have the same fees that are reasonable. Buy the phone online and activate it yourself if you want to avoid any fees. This store was honest, friendly, and very helpful.

Worst service ever, guy behind the counter (had to be new hire) didnt even know how to swap an iPhone SIM card (he wanted to reset to factory settings), didnt know how to do phone number port (really??) and to top it off, was rude and unapologetic for all the trouble. Went to another MetroPCS and they literally had me setup in 10 minutes -4 of those minutes were due to us laughing at this stores incompetence. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

We had a great girl help us high energy with lots of info and help which was nice and Metro is the best policy for Florida residents is #handsdown metro! The phones I have to replace almost every 6 months no matter what I buy unfortunately which is the only issue I have with them but for all intensive purposes this place was great with a super helpful and friendly staff.

They charger for everything 15 dollar to esn change 20 dollar for a f****** sim card . which you go corporate or call and its free or 10 bucks cheaper, this store are scammers
