I was happy when I walked into the store. The staff was friendly however, they will sell you into buying things you do not need. You need to Listen Between The Lines. They worked out a special for me to pay off my old phone and Trade it in for the Samsung S8. I pay off my phone and the store will give me $200.00 in store credit. The Sales Rep told me I was signed up for Go Wireless Pro Advantage Reward Program. I asked him if there is a charge, he said no. When I came home and checked my receipt, I see a charge of $79.99 for the Go Pro Advantage. He never asked me if that is something I would like to sign up for. I honestly do not need the program. I could have used the funds for something else. So now I am stuck with this program. He told Then the Sales Agent failed to tell me there is a one time $30.00 upgrade charge. In addition, the Sales Rep added on the Insurance when I told him I did not want it right now, I will think about. Caught it and removed it from my plan before my next bill comes out. I will give them credit on waiving the taxes for me and staying late for all my information transferring from one phone to another. However, I am the type of customer that likes choices, where I am making the decision of what to purchase. I like to know what to expect. I came to this store as I knew there would be no wait and quicker service. Do yourself a favor, if you have problems with your phone go to the Verizon Store on Federal. The wait is longer but the staff is helpful and will advise you on charges to expect.

Do your self a favor and go to a real VERIZON STORE, this is a GO WIRELESS store - They are not listed on Verizon website because they are not an actual Verizon store, they just try to look like one - These guys are shady to say the least. They have totally messed up all my contacts on 2 different occasions which cost me lots of time and frustration - then they blame me and take no responsibility. This time it was a new phone from an insurance claim - replacing the same exact phone and they still jumbled up all my contact - last time they blamed my old phone for being too old (2 yrs - thats the length of the contract) - shouldnt there be a way to migrate contacts without completely losing all organization and creating tons of duplicates? Now I have every email address that has either sent to or from my phone in my contact list, so I have to manually clean a list of thousands of contacts - Thanks guys. Also it says here that they are open until 9:00pm, but I went by there last night at 8:15 and there were customers walking out as I was pulling in. by the time I parked and got up to the door, they had cut the lights and locked the door - 45 min early?? I looked at the door and noticed that they have scraped off the hours of operation to look like this Mon - Fri :00 - :00 I have had enough of these guys - So unprofessional - I will never give them my business again. Verizon service is great - these guys suck.

NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint. We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards. We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month! After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission IDs, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will! ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION. TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WEVE DEALT WITH THUS FAR. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER. WHAT A JOKE!! RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY

The best place as a electronic store Fort Lauderdale is ever going to have. Me and my wife have the fondest memories purchasing iphones and androids here and now we just got a samsung galaxy the other day. The people here were so helpful it could make you cry almost, why arent other business as good as they are. I think I am going to model my business exactly the way this Verizon Wireless store is being ran. They seem to be very considerate here about how they take care of their customers. And they do some of the best quality in cell phone repair. Of all the places I have been in life this is a place that will take care of you, and thanks again Verizon.

A few weeks ago my husband and I walked into this Verizon store after a visit to an apple store and not being able to get anything done, needless to say the guys at this location know their stuff, Jay was able to fix our dilema, gave us multiple options and we got a new phone for my husband. today we went back to upgrade my daughters phone and once again Jays service was exceptional, we got a thorough explanation of our future charges and what to look forwardin our next bill. Deeanna, Logan, Jay and the store manager Klaus are hands down the best in the business.

I was at the store the other day trying to fix my problem with my IPhone and I was very happy with the service I received from the time I arrived to the time I left. Ivan the technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant while getting my problems resolved. This will be my favor store to go to anytime I encounter any others issues that will rise. Thanks so much for being so helpful to the customer service. Tito the manager was very pleasant as well his co-workers Fernando and Ivan. Keep up the good work.

Had a horrible experience here. Was told that I was replacing a broken phone on an edge program. After waiting two hours the salesman told me that it wouldnt go through and I owed $660 for the phone. After refusing and leaving they proceeded to use my password information to text people in my contact list telling them I needed to go back. This is such an extreme privacy violation and Im in the process of reporting it to Verizon now.

I visited this Verizon store on Saturday, July 26th. I met a staff member who was so helpful and helped me pick out a phone and a service plan to match my needs, come to find out, it was the manager of the store. He was so understanding and listened to what I was saying, putting the customer (me) first. I would highly recommend this store and Manager to anyone who is looking for a great phone & plan. I think his name is Aspy.

Andre was so amazing, he restored my faith in Verizon. I went into this store with a dismal attitude and within a few minutes I realized I was in great hands. All my phone problems/issues were solved within minutes. Thank you Andre. Not only did he help me, he helped my boyfriend get a brand new phone. Very friendly and informative service. Also Marcus, the store manager, was extremely helpful and courteous.
