I rent a mobile home and wanted an Internet connection, at my home I have a cable modem so I use internet not just to check my txt email I watch videos and use facetime, skype and Facebook messenger...so I went to their store to activate a Mobile Hotspot that the owner used which was last years model. So Jorge proceeded to explain to me that it was preferable for me to by a newer model so I went along with his recommendation and acquired that mobile connection with a month of access or until I attained the limit which to my surprise was reached after only 3 days...!This does not meet my needs at all and is not refundable now I went to the store where I purchased that unit to get more info on what was wrong because I had paid for my access for the month and next billing date was in February the 12th and was purchased the 12th of January today is the 16 of January...my needs were not understood or taken into consideration Now Im stuck with this machine and should invest in another modem. Im one unhappy customer.

The staff here is awesome, They are patient and thorough. Alejandro did a great job and I recommend this store above all others for switching from another cellphone company for a family plan. Also Boost has the best plans for family. They are cheaper than anyone else.
