I have been to this store a few times, since it is so close to my house and generally I have gotten good customer service (although it can get crowded and expect long waits). However, I went in there recently to get a sim card for my tablet. The sale representative (I believe his name was Abel?) was very disengaged, constantly on his phone checking Instagram and Facebook while helping me out. Not telling me anything about my options or what the plan would cost me or anything like that. You could really tell that he did not want to be there. Luckily I did my research before and I told him that I wanted the 2GB plan. After returning home though and checking online I noticed that he signed me up for the 6GB plan which is $15 extra a month. Furthermore, while being at the store to get the line added to my account, he scrolled down on the terms and condition on the screen himself and just hit accept on my behalf (pretty sure that is ILLEGAL!?) This is the second time I have dealt with this sales representative and it was the second time that I was absolutely not satisfied. The first time I asked him about my business line with T-mobile and some billing questions and he gave me complete false information, which a customer service representative over the phone straightened out for me (Phone customer service is awesome on T-Mobile!)

Will continue to do all my cell phone related business at this location and I recommend it to anyone looking to switch over to T Mobile

Great experience, Alex was very helpful with all of our needs and very friendly and enthusiastic. T- Mobile should be proud to have this young man representing their brand . we stopped in simply to buy a case and he went above and beyond to help us with our phones. Today my experience at this store was by far the most memorable Ive had at any T-Mobile stores. Leos product knowledge and friendlyness is admirable. I had no idea that store was there, and what a pleasant surprise that was. I highly reccomend this location, and ask for Leo.

Ridiculous has taken so long they dont understand customers priority there is no reason for this I pay way to much for the my services for me to have to wait for 2 hours every time I have anything little problem
