Awful employee service today. The employee didnt even have a name badge on. He acted as though he was annoyed as soon as I started talking. He didnt want to listen to the issues I was having with the phone I brought in - as though if I didnt explain in 10 words or less he would just be ticked off. I was tapping my flip phone absentmindedly as I was trying to explain what I needed help with and he interrupted me and said "Thats a flip phone not a touch screen so that wont work." I didnt even have a question about touch screen phones and I knew my flip phone obviously wasnt a touch screen. He wasnt listening and seemed like he didnt want to. Overall irritated attitude. Very short with me and unpleasant.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY MADE ME GET A NEW ACCOUNT WHEN I BOUGHT A NEW PHONE! THEN SOME HOW THE LINE GOT PORTED TO METRO IN THE SAME DAY! THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME!
