I walked into Sprint today ready to buy a new phone for my son. We waited patiently as "Javhon" the sales manager helped another customer. When we were finally attended he showed us the phone I bought it and he told us to have a seat as he charged it and activated it. After about 10 minuets he gave us the phone back. All set he said, but he didnt finish his job and didnt fully activate the phone there was a data block on it little did we know. So we had to drive all the way back to sprint from home to get it fixed. Once we got there we waited 20 minuets to be served! He was talking to this women about switching to sprint. So I was fed up with this gentleman as he walked out with the woman to her car! I ended up just returning the phone and being done with it. Ive been a loyal customer for over 5 years now and they lost me within 5 minuets.

Worst Sprint store ever !!!! I watched and heard Eric their sales associate take over an hour with one customer to activate a phone and sell one case. It took this long because he spent most of the time flirting while people stood there waiting. When asked how much longer it would be he laughed an winked at her while offering his phone. "Im just giving good customer service." After an hour and fifteen minutes, he announced to customers that were waiting "well you can wait or leave" while still laughing and flirting. When we were leaving he was laughing.So, I left with my 82 year old aunt to go to the Sprint store in North Village Square on 45th street. Where Christian H. sold a new phone and activated it in fifteen minutes. Then helped to walk my 82 year old aunt out the door. On 45th street they know what customer service really is.

To whom it may concern; Regarding an employee named TAY, I approached this very kind and informative gentleman and he was GRRREAT in helping me resolve all of my concerns and issues from Port Saint Lucie, Fla. I found him to be professional, extremely knowledgeable and quite informative in how keep mt LG5 running to optimum performance. He fixed my email capability which has been down since 10/16 and for his extreme expertise I would like him to receive a substantial acknowledgement in writing to follow him forward to the effect that it is employees like TAY that makes SPRINT SHINE!!! Hes soo much a "KEEPER" that I hope to encounter him only if my phone should ever go down again! Thx Tay...you are terrific!!!

I have always received 5 Star service at this store. I actually dealt with that same gentlemen Andrew and the repair guy Tay, they took great care of me and my broken phone. It was replaced at no charge to me due to my protection plan that was recommended to me. I actually showed the guy your review and he told me that there is no way anyone who asks to speak to a manager wouldnt be allowed to do so. Please get your facts straight before you go internet commando on these people. Also please remove your photo it almost broke my new phone screen! Go see those guys at the North Palm US1 store they will take great care of you!

I understand that the iphone 5s is backordered but to take preorders and not have the common courtesy to update your customers everyday is not customer service. I have been calling everyday since 9/20 to check on my order vs. sprint calling me (the customer who is helping keep them in business) Why? Why should I stay with this horrible company and this locations customer service sucks as they just do not care. I have been with sprint over 10 years and this is how I am treated? I wanted either an eta on my phone or either a refund on this gift card as there was no point to preorder this phone through sprint what a joke

I have been a customer since 2007 I received a galaxy S7 on 9/28 and spent the next 4 days trying to swap it out for a different model. I have decided to leave sprint due to the many difficulties Support and many services have left the US and are in Mexico now. I can no longer in good conscious keep them as a carrier and keep giving them my money. Support in every aspect is horrific the Samsung phone are so bloated and locked down I will not buy them again. All the while corporate execs are raking in hundreds of millions I have had enough....

Even though I have two other Sprint stores closer to me, I prefer to drive to this store. Every time I visit this store it is packed but they way the employees are organized and how they manage their customers its never a long wait compared to others stores. Even if one day it is their service is awesome so its worth it. This last time I went to upgrade both of my daughters phones to LG. I was greeted and helped by Frank T. he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He totally exceeded expectations, Thank you!!

My mother and I went into this store last Saturday. We had a fairly simple request to switch my mother to my Friends and Framily Plan. Wendell not only took care of this in a short period of time, but he was able to give us advice on how to make both of our accounts even better. He was able to find us savings we were not aware of! We have been to this store before and never had any problems, but Wendell really is a ASSET to this location!!!! Thank you!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I have never been disrespected by a Sprint representative as much as I just was in my life. Andrew at this store refused to let me speak to a manager after I was unsatisfied with his "I dont know" series of answers. I wouldnt recommend going to this "Corporate Service & Repair" Sprint store to anyone. I am considering breaking my 10+ year long contract with Sprint because of how dissapointed I am with my experience.

Ian L. John Jr. Outstanding service, infinite patience, a great salesperson for SPRINT. Ian should be recognized for his over the top effort to sell, explain, and make the client feel informed and spectral. I particularly came back to purchase an S8 + and asked for ian based on his initial explanation of the different cell phones the previous week. Ian is by far the best salesperson Ive ever encountered at Sprint!!!

I have been there twice and always a mixed bag. This is a corporate store, but you can never rely on what you are being told. They will say one thing with Sprint online, and something completely different when you get to the store which has been a major inconvenience for me in the past. I recommend you call the store and verify what you have been told by Sprint online if there is any uncertainty. Could save you a trip!
