My phone was stolen on Thursday evening so Friday morning I came into this Verizon Wireless location where Yasmin Medina assisted me. It turns out the guy that set up my first phone did not set up my insurance plan like I had asked so Yasmin did everything she could to help me. Unfortunately, I still had to purchase a second IPhone 7 Plus because of the lack of insurance but she spent over an hour and a half with me to fix everything in her power. Overall for an awful situation Yasmin made it fairly painless to get a new phone, property set up my insurance on it, and make sure if my old phone was turned back on then it would be restored to factory settings and my information would be secured. She also added my old phone to the stolen phone list so no one could activate it for future use and I would be notified. Yasmin is an extremely hard worker and truly cares about her customers, thank you!

My 1st encounter with the Verizon sunrise east was with Daniel He was very helpful and with the circumstances he never gave up trying to help save my phone and email. My 2nd trip was with Matt he went above and beyond to create another email also continued support in trying to get into my acc.. Lastly visit 3&4 Yasmin greated me with a smile and willing to help I was reluctant considering I felt I wasnt really getting anywhere, but not only did she exceed my customer service but she was happy to assist me to the end.. Im so happy with my new phone and Im able to navigate through my phone with all the great time and effort she put in.. Im still learning the navigation of the phone and thanks to Yasmin Im comfortable or I can pop in for help. Five stars to to sunrise east Verizon especially Yasmin.

Last week I was fortunate to have the professional guidance and top-notch service from two exceptional professionals. I went to the Fort Lauderdale store after moving here recently from Boston and needed to purchase a new phone. I was greeted and helped immensely by Daniel Sahagian and Tuan whom I would highly recommend for their respect, high level of professionalism, and patience. I had alot of questions and had been with Sprint for 16 years and I am so glad I have switched and their guidance made the difference. They helped me understand the variety of pricing options and basically how to use all of the features on the new Samsung Edge 7..its awesome! Kudos to you guys for your hard work and I have already referred over friends to work with you for their cell phone inquiries and purchases.

Purchased galaxy S6 edge + from the Galleria location on 2-14-16. I received the best customer service from Undrea Louis. She took her time in answering all my questions. Never did I feel pressured to purchase any phone of any type. I knew what I wanted out of a phone and she heard me and made suggestions. She was very professional and very helpful. Thank you for making what seemed overwhelming to me a very simple shopping experience. I also want to say thank you to the store manager Ryan Williams.I had returned the next day for questions regarding my phone. Thank you for your professionalism and your patience with me .And for the knowledge that you have with my phone. I will definitely send friends and family to this location. . I happen to be up in Fort Lauderdale, last week when I was complaining about my phone so my husband said well theres a Verizon store lets go in. Tuan was so awesome and honest with me that when they didnt have the phone I wanted he called get it ordered for me. The important part of this story is that I live in Miami an hour away and I came back to get my new phone from him because he was awesome and I wanted him to get the sale AND for him to know being great with people ought to be rewarded. On top of that I came in today and his colleague Daniel was awesome too. Thats extra ordinary service. Jody

My wife and I stopped at this location while out of toen. Ive been with Verizon for nearly 13 years now. We stopped to upgrade our plan to unlimited and get two new phones. Daniel was working and went well above and beyond with us. We have high standards and he met all of them to the letter. This is one of my best experiences with Verizon to date. After considering leaving due to a corporate issue that took months to tesolcr ,after talking with Daniel at store we are very happy to remain part of the Verizon family . Well done to this location. Well, I went into Verizon to have armor installed on my 6S +, and Mr. Matt proceeded to direct to me to a lovey tempered glass model. He proceeded to attach this to my phone screen in a way that doesnt interfere with the case I am using. Its on there now. As I type. Yay. Matt and Undrea had me giggling and enjoying myself throughout the process (I hate being separated from my phone) though I hardly noticed, and left feeling utterly pleased and confident in the services provided to protect this fragile piece of tech awesomeness. It was amazing. Thanks guys :)

Until you purchase, then after words they will treat you like crap.. Victoria Allen was the manager. Maybe your guys were better but this girl is a joke. This is the last Verizon I would ever deal with. Never go to a re-seller, always go corporate they treat you much better. These guys are so short sided that they are happy to steal your 20$ for turning your phone on for you but not tell you about it. If you are stuck with Verizon make sure you NEVER go to this store. After 12 years of being with Verizon this is THE WORST store I have ever been to.

I was lucky to walk in the galleria plaza to switch my service and perchace a new phone. I was thrilled to se such teamwork in setting up my account, backing up my I phone data, setting me up with a jet pack. Plus a great phone. And accessories I really need. Danny, Erickson and Taz would be the team I would want in all situations. They really made my day. Please recognize them and I am really glad to have verizon as carrier.

Absolute worst service ever received. Staff did not acknowledge my entering the store nor my waiting for nearly 20 minutes unrecognized. During this time I witnessed one male employee being rude, talking down to a client. The client had to threaten moving his business to get the employee to assist him. When I was finally asked what assistance I needed, I was flippantly told that what I needed could not be provided.

Awesome customer service the guys in there are very knowlegable about the products they even found a way to save me money on account. Usually its like a zoo in the verizons stores and the employees are trying to rush you out the door, but with the service that Jasper, Dustim, and Chris provided; Im making this particular store my verizon store.......plus I can run right across the street to blue martini and get hammered.

I switched my phone at this store yesterday. My Verizon representative, Daniel, was professional, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs. We put together a great plan and got the phone working. He was great to work with. Two other representatives, Erickson and Taz, were equally as helpful and professional. I highly recommend that anyone who is interested in a Verizon phone use this store. They are great.
