I would not recommend going to the store. I had an awful experience. I have an iPhone 7 and they refused to help me with any of my issues. The associate kept forcing me to go to Apple to handle the issue. I told him that Apple was 20 miles away from where I live and it was more convenient to just come here. Again he tried to push me to go to Apple and handle the issue. The associate had zero work ethic and just looked annoyed that I was asking for service. I have been a long-time customer with Verizon and very disappointed with the service. I am canceling my service due to the service I was given at that store.

Not very patient and didnt listen to what I had to say. I wanted her to look into what address they have on file and she ignored the question because they sent my phone to someone else and now I have to hunt down the person because who ever input the delivery address from Verizon didnt pay attention. She didnt solve my problem , she put the phone down quick and told me to go and find out where my phone was delivered... are you serious???

I flew in from out of country and was not current on US advancement in communications/IT. Brian walked me through current technologies, professionally presented pricing options and benefits of various assessories, and even provided app recommendations to suit my lifestyle. I even had to return a product and Javier had me out the door with a smile without any drama in 5 minutes. Great experience, well done guys!

I had several issues with my bill and phone. Jay B. was by far the most kind and helpful person I have EVER had the pleasure of working with while using Verizon. Usually the lingo and numbers are foreign to me, she was crystal clear and 100% honest with my choices. I highly recommend asking for her if you are going to the Gardens Malls Verizon location. Thank Again Jay B. You are the best!

Super pushy salespeople. Only care about their commission. Watched several customers come in with basic questions, once the salespeople realized they couldnt sell them anything they were dismissed and told to call Verizon with their questions.

Very unhelpful. Waited over an hour for someone to quickly tell me they couldnt help me and to call the 1 800 number. If I wasnt interested in buying something they werent interested in helping.

Floor staff wasnt pushy. Nice layout that had a very comfy area to set up new phones and area to teach others how to use devices.
