Came to the store two days ago to purchase the Samsung Gear S3. Was told that they were all out, but they would get a new shipment the next day. After telling them that I wouldnt be able to come back until 2 days later, I was assured that they would keep the watch for me for when I returned. Fast forward to today, I walk in. They start whispering amongst each other, and a sales rep starts to help me while the manager on shift slips out the back door (I see him leave). After numerous "technical issues" with processing the payment, it finally goes through. At this point, it was revealed to me that they actually do not have the watch in the store, and that the manager was out retrieving it for me and would be back any moment. Had they been honest from the beginning and just told me that they didnt have it, I could have gone to another location before I paid them. But they just wanted to get the commission for themselves. I ended up waiting for the manager to return with the watch for over an hour. Totally dishonest, and overall poor customer service.

I visted the store yesterdy and a gentlemen by the name Rodger Sanchez was an amazing rep. He stayed over an hour in a half after his shift ended, just to help us. We ordered new ipads and iphones and he patiently helped us set everything up. I normally dont write reviews but when you see this kind of customer service of an employee going above and beyond, its really special. I switched over from a carrier Ive been with for over 13 years and as my first day of being a T-mobile customer, Im truly impressed!

Horrible Costomer service. I would give one star if possible I go there just to pay my phone bill and I have to wait in line for about a hour. They dont have a sperate line to take phone bill people witch I think is so stupid as a big bisness thats always busy. They take people that are doing major things like adding lines buying new phones etc so now people who are paying phone bills have to what forever just to pay. dont go there if you in a rush and its busy you will never make it out of that place.

Stay away from this place! After receiving a cells pot in my house to boost the signal I called to cancel my service. Customer care sent the wrong things to replace various parts of my device. Finally on Friday they told me that I was eligible to get all of my money back for canceling within 30 days. After showing up today to return my devices in store they have backed out of this offer and say that I have to pay. Thats not really fair. I guess now I have to suffer more from their lack of coverage.

The absolute worst customer service you will ever find. Jorge, the manager, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Wasted my time. I would go anywhere but to this T-Mobile store. I have been doing business with this store for 10 plus years and will switch to AT&T before I give them one more moment of my time. T-Mobile should be embarassed to have managers treat their customers this way. And Jorge, the manager, should be embarassed the way he treats his staff.

Just walked in to inquire about iPhone 7. The one on display dosent work and when I asked for the plus she said "we dont have it on display" she looked at me like if I was wasting her time. Store was empty and i wish someone else would have helped me. Im buying 2 iPhone 7 and I want to switch carriers. This lady really screwed up a good sale.

VERY helpful. I had lots of questions to add a family plan as I am a non-US citizen and kept changing my plan. Khalif kept smiling and told me nothing was a problem. Best service I have had since being here. Thank you so much. A VERY happy customer!

Im a T-Mobile customer and a pretty happy one overall. I like their stores as well because you get to check out the real phones as opposed to dummies like in other places. The sales reps are always very nice and for the most part pretty helpful.
