Unbelievable. 10-1 at 08:40PM. What a lazy employee. Just came in to turn in our old IPhone 6 and she would not open our account on her screen. She wanted us to answer if we were in 1 of the 4 plans they offer. I said, I came to drop off the phones per the other salespersons instruction. Please check our account to answer your question. SHE SAID NO..... I could not believe it. She said No No like she was singing a Meghan Trainor song. Dummy me for being a good manager - I had to make an excuse to cover for her laziness. I said, I will come back and deal with the person that help me last week - I understand, no big deal sorry to bother you. I know its almost 9, closing time. But cmon man. We dont need anybody to start stereotyping what lazy looks like in America. Cmon man. My phone bill is $275 a month. Cmon man - give me some employee that is worth 1 idiot paying $275 a month for his phone bill.

This is about speaking with any representative through customer service, at the 288-2020 number. Reps are hard to understand, microphones and head sets work poorly. Have to give account number three times,very frustrating automation. Depending on the type of day your rep is having decides what kind of service and promotions that are made available. Good Luck.

Not sure why there were some bad reviews on here ...I needed some assistance with my current account and some advice about upgrading to the iPhone 7plus... Christine and Frederich spent a lot of time helping me out and researching my questions...they were.very helpful and courteous....I wound up purchasing the 7 .....the service was excellent ....

Wow, please do not go to this store if you want service. They will not fully install information from your existing phone to a new phone. Just go to Apple if you have an iPhone and save yourself disappointment, time and aggravation. Dont worry, ATT will mess that up ... as they did for me too.

This is an AT&T corporate location rather than just an authorized dealer. They have been my go to cell phone store for over a decade.
