iFixandRepair? More like iSuckandSteal ! ... Ok, so it all started when I turned in my iPod for a home button repair about 3 weeks back. They promised it would only take 1-2 days to repair..good enough..or so I thought. When we went to pick it up, the repair man WASNT EVEN THERE. How do you run a repair store without the repair person? A few days later they said they needed to order in a missing part required to repair it. After that we have been calling each day to check on it, but no one ever answered..hmm. Over a week past by after that occurrence so we went back to the store to pick it up after someone finally answered our call saying it was ready. They gave us the wrong one. Apparently, someone was fired for STEALING and incorrectly managing paperwork for the repairs. Thats suspicious. Stealing you say? Now that we went to the main office to search for assistance there, they say they CANT FIND IT...they lost it (as of now..they are still searching for it - which I do appreciate). Or, possibly, the previous worker that was FIRED, whose name I cannot mention, stole it himself. Oh, and by the way, when we did go to the main store, the doors were locked...and the store had opened over an HOUR before we got there, allowing plenty of extra time to open the store in case of traffic delay, for example. Their excuse? They were in a meeting. Heres the thing, though: we had gone to the other store right before we went to the main store, and the gentleman working at the first store knew about it. Although I cant be sure, I still have a feeling he called the main office saying we were coming...and thats why they locked the doors. See my point? They are just trying to avoid us and pretty much the whole situation in general. From the evidence gathered up to now, it seems evident that the fired worker stole it..either that or they lost it. Either way, it shows irresponsibility and carelessness from the company to not attempt to help their customers with stolen/lost devices that they are responsible for. Notice how each time they had a new excuse to procrastinate. We are very disappointed. I also find it unfair that they deny us the right to a brand NEW iPod for all the hassle and lies they made us go through. I do not like to write negatively about things like this, but when someone takes advantage of their customers (who are paying them their hard-earned money and also placing their TRUST in them), that is when I see reasons to do so. Out of all these complaints, I would like to show my appreciation to the gentleman at the non-main store for actually maintaining a calm attitude and at least showing SOME respect for our incident and trying to help. Update coming soon to see if the company can redeem themselves. UPDATE: So now we finally called saying weve had it, were done with all of this..we have Channel 5s phone number in front of us, BBBs number, and about to go to court to file a small claim. Thankfully, that showed how serious and tired we were, so they agreed to send us a new one by mail. Oh and by the way, they never did give us our money back for the diagnostics test, which was completely unnecessary because the problem was already obvious...an unresponsive home button. If I hadnt known what the problem was, I wouldnt even have gone to the store in the first place! Now it all comes down to this: Would I recommend this store for your electronic device repair needs (or just the store in general)? NO. Never. I brought in my iPod for a simple home button repair and what do I get? Lies, a one-month wait, unacceptable customer service, and the suffering of knowing that each day it could have been stolen by an iFixandRepair employee/worker. Save the hassle and go elsewhere. Or just fix it yourself (if you know how).

This is one of the worst customer service issues I have ever had. I brought in a device for repair. Was told it would be repaired same day. I went back the following afternoon and was told the mgr was picking up the part as we spoke and it would be ready that afternoon. Got a call that afternoon saying the mgr "forgot" to pick it up and it would not be ready for two more days. They offered me a $35 discount for my trouble. I accepted and asked for the mgr to call me to discuss. Did not get a call from mgr. Called two days later and was told he was at a different store. Called that store and apparently he never showed up (or so I was told) that day. I left another message and never got a call. I went to pick up the device and was never offered the discount. I then mentioned it and the clerk could not calculate the correct discount so he still over charged me. When we ran it again, it was still incorrect. He said no, I only offered you $30. I said that was incorrect, but at this point, they had my device and I needed to make sure I got it back so I accepted. I asked for copies of all of the charge and credits that went through and was handed several receipts that were charges. I let him know that this did not show the credits and he said "well they are credits, you can see them here on my computer screen" I demanded hard copies for my records to be sure I am charged correctly. I again asked for the mgr to call me. It is now 2 days later and I still have not received a call from mgr or corporate office and amazingly, the charges shows on my credit card, but not my credits. Since the mgr does not seem to respond, I have no choice but to waste more of my time and contest the charges and contact BBB. This could have all been resolved my a reasonable mgr who was customer service focused. By the way, at least one of the reviews on their facebook is from an employee of theirs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

WORST customer service experience ever!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would have done that. Learned a very valuable lesson - if you break a screen on an iPhone 6, bring it to the Apple Store to get it fixed. They charge $109 - way less than they charge here or anywhere else. Unfortunately, my daughter cracked her screen during Christmas vacation and we couldnt get an appointment at the Apple Store, so we brought it here - big mistake! They fixed the screen quickly for $199, which was a discount from their regular price of $299! We didnt realize until we got back home to New Jersey that they misaligned the ear speaker when they fixed the screen and my daughter couldnt hear any of her incoming calls. After trying to contact them repeatedly with them rarely returning the calls, they barely apologized for their error and the only reasonable thing they could offer was to try to get an iFix and Repair store in this area to try to fix the phone. They tried contacting two stores in our area and were not able to get through to either store. After that, they just didnt follow up at all. I wound up having to pay $32 to get the phone fixed at a kiosk at a local mall. I sent them an e-mail with the receipt for the charge and asked them to please reimburse us for the expense which was only a small part of the inconvenience that their poor workmanship had caused us. Of course, they never answered my e-mail. To add insult to injury, by having the screen repaired at iFix and Repair, the Apple warranty on my daughters phone was now voided. If you own an iPhone 6, take it to the Apple Store for any repairs you may need. Definitely dont use this store for repairs!!!
