Going to this store has to be THE single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Firstly, I want to explain to everyone the simple problem I had and why they ultimately could not help. Apparently, I wasn’t a “registered user” on the account that I pay EVERY month (mind you, the Sprint store next door took care of me in under 10 minutes). If I was asked and told about that to begin with, I wouldn’t have minded. Instead, I found that I had to sit and watch a young girl joke around and dance to the background music in her chair before she even got around to asking what I was there for. Keep in mind, I was the ONLY person in the store. To make a long story short, it took her, and another incompetent employee named Carlos to call some random person, to then tell me that they couldn’t help me. They didn’t stop dancing as they did so and they didnt even bother to call the Sprint Account Services department that Sprint themselves said they would have no problem calling. The manager didn’t even bother to come out from the back room to ask what the problem was. Meanwhile, every phone and camera on the show room floor wasn’t working and uncharged. The place is a hell-hole to put it lightly and they treat their customers like dirt. The dancing and singing was sub-par too. I wouldn’t trick my worst enemy into entering that “store”. Low-class people performing at a sub-standard level, at it’s finest. Welcome to Best Buy and Welcome to Miami Beach. P.S. - You can tell all the other "positive" reviews on here are fake. They are one sentence reviews with no details which were probably written by employees or that manger in the back room.

Horrible experience, the representatives were not very helpful when picking up order. Girl eating chips while helping us and was in a bad mood the entire time. Made us call customer service because credit card did not match the order and in the end told us she put in the wrong number in the system.

Attention, please! Dont buy in Best Buy Alton Road. They will put in your bag a product different from the one you paid for and will refuse to return or refund. Thats what they did to me. I bought one of the best iphones in this store and they gave me a box with a very inferior model inside.

Very helpful staff, got me all sorted with a local data sim in no time even though i was visiting. Definitely the way to go if youre in Miami for a few weeks and want to avoid the scary roaming charges!
