Not helpful at this store.. Were not helpful today with my Galaxy Note 5 pre-order. Next time Ill order online or go to an "Actual" (real) Verizon store rather than this independent "authorized seller". Theres a real Verizon store right up the road at South Hills Village mall. Its worth the drive. **Update: Theyll also be intrigued to hear that I got my wifes Galaxy s7 at Best Buy, four days before Samsungs "official" launch date (like the rest of the world). I wasnt even expecting it... They (Best Buy) called me and told me the pre-order came in early and to come pick it up. Go figure. Just to explain my original complaint a little more as well: Wireless Zone said they had to hold onto my Note 5 until Samsungs written date, and gave me a good bit of "attitude" while they were at it even though they were wrong. The phone was was sitting in a box at their store right in front of me and they said I couldnt have it... I really only pre-ordered through them because I wouldnt be home to sign for it when it came direct from Verizon to my home. Meanwhile all the direct orders were in folks hands (ahead of Samsungs "official" launch date), but I couldnt have mine because I had it sent to them instead of my house. But actual knowledgeable dealers (like Best Buy who has a Samsung rep on site) knows how it actually works.... I think I was mostly upset at their attitude. Treating me like a crazed maniac when I walked in to pick up my phone (I had an official email directly from the "ACTUAL" Verizon that my phone was ready to pick up). Again.. It was their attitude towards me that pushed me to write this review, and follow up 7 months later....

Last week I thought my phone was not working properly. I could not find the keyboard for my code. Not realizing that this was a part of the last upgrade to swipe it in differently. Anyway, I was at the point where I had one more fingerprint attempt before it was going to set me back to factory settings. My fingerprint was not working....I was leaving right after work to get a flight to Chicago for 7 days so this had to be fixed! I called this store and explained my plight and "Mark" said no problem he would come to my work place nearby to see if he could fix it. He came and in five minutes, it was fixed and I dont know how many places of employment these days would give that kind of service! He was awesome and I appreciated this emensely! Ive always had good service at this store!

The two people working there acted like I was not there. They were with customers and I was the ONLY other person waiting. Not once did either of them say hi, Ill be with you shortly, NOTHING! I sat there for 25 minutes waiting until I felt so uncomfortable I left and went to another store. I have NEVER seen two salespeople act this way and they both need to take a class in manners. I been with Verizon for 4 years and this is how a customer is treated??? Once my contract is up Im DONE with Verizon. Thanks for taking my money for years and treating me like this!!

I had the unfortunate privilege to deal with the owner Mark Musser. He sold me a broken phone would not do anything to resolve the same day of purchase. This is not a real Verizon and this owner cannot be trusted. Should be ashamed. Go somewhere else. I think he is the same owner as the store in Bridgeville Latrobe and Blairsville.
