I came into the store in a total panic. I had dropped my phone in the water at the Bayside Marina Boat show. As soon as I came in, John was so sweet with this kind calm demeanor. I was almost in tears. He automatically set me up with a 2nd line & got me in touch with Asurion right away to make a claim on my insurance. Since I am visiting from out of town, he set me up with my uber app to get back to my hotel & downloaded my Verizon cloud. I cant give this guy enough praise for above & beyond customer service!! This guy needs a $50 an hour raise. Loved him, he is a true Angel.

TERRIBLE. The salesperson was on Snapchat playing videos next to the phone from which I was calling the Verizon hotline, I had to repeat several times due to the background noise. Another agent had to tell him to back off so I could get things done. Not a word of excuse. I spent 1h15 in the store to open a prepaid account. Would rather not have a phone than go back there.

At our time of need andrew the consultant there helped us out. My phone was just stolen and needed,one asap! Andrew stepped in and belped me find the perfect phone which was the G6. He also helped me make sure my iphone was disabled if someoke tired to get in to it! Thank you so much andrew

Andrew Gomez helped me in Miami ,when my phone broke, but my heart was set on new iPhone that hasnt launched yet, he gave me great advice and I purchased a phone that didnt break the bank and I could trade up for iPhone 8 when it comes, so TY Andew, Ill see u when new iPhone is announced!

The store is decent and had many products/accessories. However, it is not a corporate store and there are some services that it cannot provide. Surprisingly, Verizon had zero corporate stores in downtown Miami, the nearest is in Coral Gables!
