Just go straight to the apple store, its the same price for a new phone.The heavy set guy switched out my cracked ihpone screen with a screen that didnt properly fit and still tried to charge me the 130. When I saw my "repaired" phone he was not in the store. He left his assistant (who does not speak English) to try and explain to me why my screen was now partially open on the side and the tag was sticking out. When he got back he said my phone wasnt working, or turning on and that my swollen battery was the reason why the new screen wouldnt fit. Which was b.s. I had him put my old screen back and he did something to the it, so that when I got it back it would not longer turn on. I took it to the Apple Store where they gave me a brand new phone for 138. So they did me a favor by mistake lol. Still the service is severely overpriced, just take it to the APPLE store dudes.

I just went and found it has change ownership. The previous owner was very kind, instead, I walked in only to be treated poorly, that poor man that was working in there with his wife ( asking him for coupons for Macys ) not letting him talk to the costumers. He was not able to even open my cell to figure out what was wrong with it and kept pushing the button on and off . A thing I could do myself. After a few minutes on waiting I asked kindly if he will be able to give me an answer and he invited me to find another store. Really??? I believe he is importing an attitude and anger from wherever he is coming from that wont work longer with the positive vibe of the city.

Boyfriend got phone repaired and DO NOT GO HERE. Phone didnt work again and had the same problem occurring again to go back and try to get charge more. The problem still isnt fixed but I let them keep my money instead of arguing with the heavy set man that fixed my phone. Just go to apple your get a new phone for the same price and not have a rude man tell you to keep spending money. At one point he asked me my occupation in which I said finance and he said "I wouldnt talk or know anything about finance to you so dont question me about fixing phone" BEWARE AND DO NOT GO.

I am so grateful for the gentleman that was able to fix my water damaged phone. I thought I had lost all of my sons baby pictures as I had just given birth not that long ago and had not backed up anything. I was a wreck and he saved the day!!! And the phone of course lol!! Thanks you are the best!!!

Dont remember the guys name but they did an awesome job fixing my phone. They were reasonably priced and since the last phone I returned to tmobile was lost, this place was great. Got my phone back in less than 30 minutes and didnt have to worry about it being lost like my last one was.

On 01/27/16 My iphone 6 LCD screen was shattered completely. I only had 1 hour to walk over from brickell to the Apple Berry store and get it fixed. They replaced my screen in 20 minutes and made it brand new again. Great service, and polite employees. 5 Stars!

Apple told me that my phone had no warranty. I drove by this place called Apple Berry and I thought that theyll give me the same bull crap. Instead they repaired my shattered screen in less than 5 minutes! Thank God! I thought I lost all the info in my phone.

Excellent service. They are very honest and stand behind their work. Fixed my iphone quickly and did a great job. They didnt over charge either. If you need a phone or need to get one fixed this is the place to go to in downtown!
