Tim Austin, the manager at the South hills Mall Sprint store, was so nice and very informative when my family and I were switching from Verizon to sprint. My family and I have been verizon customers for a long time so to switch was a huge change for us. However, Tim was extremely helpful in providing us with everything we needed to switch and we have been satisfied with Sprint ever since. They are awesome!

Had a Great experience at the south hills village sprint store today. The staff was very helpful in changing out a cord that i had previously bought that did not work and the manager, Mr Austin was very helpful informing me of my upgrade and new plan options that were coming available. I would highly recommend Mr. Austin and the staff at South hills village sprint store

Tim Austin and Kellen were incredibly helpful in our attempts to leave Verizon and come to Sprint. They were able to go around every roadblock that we came across. They worked tirelessly and were incredibly pleasant and kind. My husband & I came into the store at 8 in the evening. Tim took care of us! We got 3 new iPhone 7s and added a line for our daughter as well. We left the store at 10:30 pm! Tim was patient and thorough. Ive had to return for other issues and everyone is very helpful! Thank you Todd! I would highly recommend visiting the Sprint Store at SH Village!
