Yesterday I went to the Verizon Store near Port Everglades in a panic. I had purchased a new phone last week but was unable to retrieve my 1000+ pictures from my old one. I had tried everything that the phone representative had told me to do but still could not get back the most important and precious family pictures of all. Anthony Carbone was endlessy patient and professional. He located the file and viewed them on the laptop. I had not been successful with this. He then transferred everything over to my new phone and assured that I was able to locate them...multiple times just to be sure. Both times that I have been to this Verizon Store the representatives were great. They are knowlegeable about the products and very adept make making a very smooth transmission to new equipment. I highly recommend this Verizon Store.

The team here truly one of a kind. Courteous, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful. I came in with my Note 4 because the battery life and processing speed had dropped DRAMATICALLY. Unlike past experiences at other stores, no one questioned my truthfulness and the representative didnt even question what I did to it. I couldnt believe it...I thought I was going to be in for another fight to simply get what I paid for - a phone that works. What a refreshing experience. The representative spent time working on the phone and took extra time to educate me without talking down to me. I would give this store 6 stars if it was possible. My advice go to this store if you want to be treated with the utmost respect like every customer deserves, but rarely gets these days. Thank you for everything!!!

Great service by the associates and manager. They answered all questions candidly. We return to this location yearly for upgrades and the team has so far always been cordial and attentive. I would only warn you to give yourself at least 1 hr to 1.5 hrs if youre doing an upgrade. This process has repeatedly taken a little more than an hour for our yearly upgrades. Im not sure if its because weve encountered new associates, friendly nonetheless, or if it is honestly the stores internet service and/or old computers. They carry the latest wireless phones but their computers are always slow when making transactions. Go figure. Other than that (which some might find frustrating--the wait) I highly recommend coming to this Verizon retailer if you care about friendly service.

HORRIBLE!!! From the moment I walked in the representative Fredric that assisted me was confused and continued to change his story on what I was going to be charged, even regarding the screen protector which I was told was $20 and suddenly when I go to swipe my card its 39.99!! I was promised if I switched from Sprint that they would allow me to submit my final bill and be credited my termination fee even if I didnt trade in my current phone. Well here I am with 263.90 in cancellation fees from Sprint and Verizon will NOT CREDIT ME BACK MY BILL BECAUSE I DIDNT TRADE IN MY DEVICE! They also charge you $20 for SIM card which is unheard of DO NOT GO HERE you need to find an actual Verizon store who would advise you correctly and not nickel and dime you.

This retailer is extremely sketchy. I stopped here last year to replace my phone after it got water damage. I had a pleasant enough experience, but now I know better. Today, my brother got a random text message from Mark from Verizon asking him to buy the new iPhone 7. My brother has never had an iPhone and said so, and this Mark character said he had a valid receipt with my name purchasing an iPhone. Its true, but Im so sketched out and livid that my personal information on a receipt can be exploited in such a way. Also, you are NOT from Verizon, youre an authorized retailer. Ive had Verizon for years and they would never have such a slimy, terrible business model. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Go to the REAL Verizon store down the road.

This store was conveniently located and the customer service was excellent. As I entered the establishment I was welcomed by an employee who was with a customer and then immediately approached by another employee ,Lorenzo, who was very helpful. He listened to my concerns regarding my current service and used my concerns to guide me in choosing the right service package for my needs. He gave me many options and was even able to find me a phone case in my favorite color! His coworker Ryan was also helpful as he was able to work along with Lorenzo to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I will definitely refer people to this particular location as I left the store with new service, a new phone, and a big smile!

Do not shop here. They will tell you what ever you want to hear to sell the product. I tried to return my phone because it is not working correctly. They wanted to charge a 50$ restocking fee. The SALES rep said she had to Call the Manager ( Mark Urbina) to see if it could be removed. She had me talk on the phone with him, he would not wave the 50$ fee. When I purchased the phone, they said if they are any issues with the phone, it can be exchanged no problem. Not the case, once they have your money they are done with you. Probably going to switch wireless carriers I am so upset. DO NOT SHOP HERE, I would suggest going to a company owned store.

I came to the store and needed help in getting my new iPhone set up before I leave to California, not only did I get a new phone but a new hotspot, pretty case and other things. But overall the experience is to die for, the manager and the guys treat you from the beginning to the end like family. Never experienced this before and to tell you the truth been with Verizon for over 10 years, the manager asked me "did we wow you?!?" And yes!!! was my reply if I could give more stars I would, highly recommend this store and its personable customer service. Thanks guys.

To whom it may concern, This store though its not company owned definitely sets the bar higher than other stores,from the staff to the product knowledge of the staff,it will leave you astonished as to how they know so much. My guy was Mark, and he went as far as setting up my apps and phone the same way it was. To top it off he set up my wifes phone the same way and made or shall I say saved my vacation instead of me spending numerous hours doing what he did in half the time. I was just wanting to say that the Marcus Bradley one of your associates took me from a milestone of being scared of electronics and Ive had a smartphone for eight nine months and done nothing more than make a call or answer a voicemail and threw his highly skilled abilities is great bedside manner and his patience I now know how to take photos Ive got a translation app that Im going to be using today on a habit take videos and I am just one super happy camper and its all thank you to Marcus Bradley goodbye
