Deceptive advertising on the offerup app brought me to this location. Once you get there the phones are not the price quoted unless you port your number over to Cricket. Salesman did not advertise as a business he gave the impression he was just a private individual selling a phone. When I got there and told him that was wrong he told me and another guy that was his idea to get people in there! What an @&&hole. I wasted time & gas that equals $$$$ if he can do this to me Im sure this business is on the seedy side of the fence. If you found on Craigslist or the offerup app tell the salesman ANDREW to please be up front before wasting your time. Clean store though

The workers here are the most patient and helpful people i have met. I been with cricket a while now, switched my phone and needed to transfer my info. with windows it was a complicated process, It took roughly 4 hours! I would of quit a long time ago and tossed both phones away but they did not stop until they finally found a solution. I love the service I receive when I step in here. Carolina and Calvin put forth all the effort to get the job done and I thank them so much !

I lost my phone omg my lifeline !! I was visiting hollywood Fl. not knowing where to go or what to do! Found the nearest cricket I was greeted by PAUL. He assured me he would" handle my situation not to worry and HE DID. By the time I left I had a better phone at a much lower cost than I expected ! Along with accessories, my contacts loaded.. reinstalled everything to get my " lifeline " back! I would Recomend them for all your communication needs@

So I went into this Cricket with my friend because she needed to upgrade her phone and this guy Calvin was there. He was so cool and we made conversation and I didnt even know that we spent like 3 hours there, just talking! Hes the best salesperson Ive ever met in the South Florida area and hes a great asset to the company! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

I love this location Carolina is my all time favorite whatever problems I have she solves them all for me ! The customer service here is amazing they dont worry about making a sale they worry about me being satisfied and I absolutely love it. They dont treat me like another sale. There great!

Never again, they didnt accept the return of a phone with defects and they also charge dealer fees other Cricket wireless stores normally waive as its against their policy.
