HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. According to Sprint, this IS an authorized store and tech support but according to JOHN, they are not affiliated with Sprint at all. All they can do is replace your phone. NEVER GO IN HERE. VERY RUDE PLACE. JOHN wanted to attack me. He had to go in the back and start throwing boxes around. He was having a very bad day and decided to take it out on the customers. THIS IS ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR ACCORDING TO THIS STORE SINCE THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH SPRINT AT ALL BUT YET THE SIGN ABOVE THE DOOR CLEARLY SAYS SPRINT IN BRIGHT LARGE YELLOW LETTERS.

This store is not an authorized sprint store . This is a subsidized company that wants to take every last penny from your wallet or purse . I would not treat my mom the way that there team treats customers . Scam artist . SAVE YOUR SELF SOME TIME BEFORE SOMING TO THIS LOCATION
