Ne surtout pas acheter là-bas ! Grosse arnaque. Nous voulions acheter une sim T Mobile prépayée à 50$. Le vendeur nous a facturé 65$. Soit disant il y avait 15$ de frais dactivation. Sans rien nous dire, il a mis dans le téléphone une carte Sim Lycamobile. Après avoir demandé pourquoi, il a répondu quen Floride T Mobile était Lycamobile. Ne sachant pas parler anglais correctement, nous avons laissé couler. Aucun reçu, impossibilité de se créer un compte Lycamobile car le vendeur garde la carte avec le code PUK qui est nécessaire pour créer un compte. Ensuite, un mois après, nous recevons un SMS pour nous indiquer que notre plan a 29$ est écoulé. Soit 36$ dans la nature ! À éviter !!! Il se moque des touristes

Fui a esta oficina a tomar el plan turista que vale 30 dólares según la pagina web de T-Mobile y me dicen que no existe y que los más económico es un plan de 45 dólares por 15 días. Que el plan turista es solo para llamadas, cosa que es falso. La supuesta oficina es un sucucho de mala muerte que no tiene ni letrero y la comparten con otras empresas de telefonía. La verdad una vergüenza. Recomiendo ir a la que está en Bayside marketplace , no es of es un kisko pero la atención es muy buena. En mi viaje anterior fui a esa y fue impecable

Im guessing they just wanted to leave early and the excuse is that the system just went down after flirting with some customer for 15 minutes. Working in South beach Ive seen all the tricks but being a long time tmobile customer its just irritating to have them waste your time. Then come up with some bullsh*t excuse. Also if the owners are reading this I work at 1732 Collins Ave.

Im a tourist in Miami for 4 days، and the guy ripped us off ,and i feel really feel bad every time i look at the disappointing signal quality on my phone. We paid cash because he didnt accept cards, he did not offer a reciept, and gave us lycamobile simcards when we asked for t-mobile. My advise , do not buy here !

WARNING. THIS IS NOT a corporate T-mobile store. It is a Simple Mobile store. Dont be fooled by the T-mobile logo outside, or the "T-mobile South Beach" on Google maps. You can not follow up on services bought from T-Mobile, and they do not inform you of this until it is too late. 100% fraud. They stole $95 from me.

Shame on you!! Dont buy anything here. This guy will scam you for sure. We are from Spain visiting Miami and San Francisco, and he sell us 3GB plan but only configures 1GB. He gives us the worst image on the United States, be aware that tourists needs to be treated with love, not this way.

SCAM SHOP. DONT USE. Hes not a T mobile distributor, he has T mobile signage all over but its for the simple network which doesnt support 4g well. I only realised when I paid and received the sim and he said no refund. There is a proper T mobile distributor around 11th Street

The best looking T-MOBILE store Ive ever been in. Staff didnt pressure us but were there when we needed to ask them questions. My girlfriend pick up a Galaxy S6 at a reasonable price that shes very happy with. I recommend this place if youre shopping for a new phone in South Beach.
