Ive had no issues with this store. Last time I needed a new phone I think it took a whole 15-20 mins, which is nothing compared to other stores Ive used. I also ordered a tablet that was out of stock, but was arriving later in the day. They called me when it was in and already had its cell service setup and ready to go. 1 minute total on that one. For the complaints... Yes, they will try and up-sell you, its their job. If you do your research on what you want you can just tell them that and nothing else. Sure theyll ask if you want accessories, again, theyre sales people. Also, dont expect them to know everything about every device... a new phone, tablet, etc comes out every day. Not affiliated with Verizon in any way (other than being a customer).

The employees were not rude but very pushy with trying to make sales. I was even lied to about the age of a model in order to try to convince me to buy a newer "better" phone. Im glad I still went with the older cheaper model that Im very satisfied with. Next time I upgrade Ill do my shopping online.

Long time customer and have never had any issue with the company or store. They understand I am a former employee of the call center side of VZW so they talk to me like a normal person but when working with my family they still talk to them and not at them.

The employees were helpful but didnt seem to want to be there. Would have scored it a 5-star but since I was at the Greensburg store a few days prior and they were incredible, it was hard not to compare the stores.
