Unlike the cricket store near my house the one in Monroeville housed atleast 5 employees whom acted as if they were earning bonuses by being uninformative uneducated fraudulant liars whom were NEVER nice. Not for one moment. In order to start a claim on a broken phone I had to go to this location. Once there I was told to call "my Insurance Company" from a telephone that Cricket provided which ONLY dialed this particular number. Oddly enough this was in fact Not MY insurance company as I soon realized after speaking to a rep. Furthermore the deductible they attempted to charge me was $65.00 MORE than MY Policy stated. Upon hanging up with this person I pleaded for help from the Gigantically unintelligant plastic Brunette behind the counter. She proceeded to mock me, laugh at me, ignore the proof of insurance I had IN HAND, and basically argue anything I tried to say despite being logical about the situation. Eventually the store manager stepped in as no one else would. At first he appeared helpful, more than likely because I was clearly distressed. He seemed to understand that I was being taken advantage of. He told me to come back the next day, and perhaps he thought I wouldnt. When I did he repetitively told me hed explained the situation to me the day before and that there was nothing he could do. He (Patrick McNicholas) was overly rude and defensive when I was never offensive with him. The people at this store have major personality flaws. I cant imagine why Anyone would go out of their way to be so hateful. I had to beg for help from the store that is supposed to be ALL customer service. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

NEVER GET CRICKET ANYTHING! I am through dealing with cricket and their incompetent everything, they sold me a smart phone that crashes after downloading 2 apps, the guy charged me $15 to fix it and ends up breaking it after he poked around on it with a screwdriver, then to replace the phone that i pay extra insurance on they want $70 dollars, worst customer service i ever experienced, I once activated my own modem because not one person at the corporate branch knew how. Not one person knows how to do their jobs or treat the people with respect, people whose hard earned money pays for the unimaginable awful service they provide. I have seen Mcdonalds run with more efficiency. To anyone who is reading this, do yourself the hard earned favor i have come to learn, go ANYWHERE else, get ANYTHING else, you will be much happier in the end.

I had the best experience at the Cricket store in Monroeville. I was not happy at all to find out that my recently purchased smart phone was going to be obsolete, but Brandi was just amazing. she got me a new smart phone for 99 cents and when it arrived, I just took it back to her and she transferred all my data and got me up and running in no time at all. Everyone there seems so nice and really cares about their customers. She made what could have been an awful experience and made it easy.

This is one of the best cricket stores in the city of Pittsburgh. Most of the employees are experienced with Cricket phones and service (with 10+ years). There are times when I have been here and the attitude provided by the worker changes the atmosphere of the place. Also note that sometimes the customers provide a hostile behavior and the workers tend to carry that energy over.

If you have issues with Cricket come here...corporate stores are where you wanna go and this one is great...traveled an hour to get here and was more than worth it....Id go here over the place 7 minutes from my house simply because you get superior service
