The techs at Verizon are really nice and helpful. However , the service in the Chautauqua county area with Verizon is terrible, dropped calls , no service. My company switched from ATT I wish they never did.... ATT has much better coverage.... Sorry Verizon .... but its the truth ..... Beef up your towers Verizon .....Please

I walked in and wasnt even noticed for like twenty minutes. Customer service was terrible and they were sarcastic. They were busy, but could have at least apologized for not waiting on us for so long. When we finally did get waited on, the guy was very rude. I feel like switching companies for this.

Wish I could put a 0. I have repeatedly asked for my email to be taken off of someones account and I keep getting told cant do it. Why not? I didnt ask for the account info I just wanted my email off their account.
