bought a 200.00 samsung j3 there a week ago. today it quit working. it was never dropped or beat around. it was in a 45.00 otter box. the screen had 3 cracks in it but not on the outside. you couldnt feel them. they were on the inside. something haappened to it but nothing that i caused. as soon as they looked up my account and seen no insurance, that was all it took. had to be my fault. they didnt want to hear anything else. it couldnt possibly have had a defect or a small crack from shipping that within the last few days got bigger and caused the phone to quit working. 200.00 down the drain. ill never go there again. like a previous post stated, the employees there dont care about anything except going to work and collecting a pay check. they dont want to help you and make you feel like you are bothering them.

Anyone else have issues with the Verizon store in Martins plaza, Connellsville PA??? I have been in there numerous times and always leave highly irritated and swear I will never go back. Went there today because I am having a problem with my phone and trying to pack stuff up, so it was faster. HA!!!! The phone is not charging, I think it is the charger. He plugged the phone in, with MY charger and said it is probably the phone. Never tried another charger to check. Never asked my name and told me to call customer service myself. Always feel like I am bothering them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Bought a iPhone 6s 13 took the phone back after 7 days letting them know that it doesnt always ring when someone calls me. They changed the SIMS card tried this for the following week and still it doesnt always ring and doesnt even tell me I missed a call. Took it back and they want to charge me a $50 restock fee to replace it. Never will go back!! Sold me a brand new phone that doesnt work and want to charge me to replace it

This store is the best! They are always professional and have the best deals. I will never go to the corporate store again and wait in line for 45 minutes just to be told they cant help. The Verizon Store in the Martins Plaza is a much better experience and I would recommend this location to anyone interested in Verizon.
