I had the worst experience ever there,I purchased a lg G6 last week, keeps shutting off,defective phone I went in to exchange to a S8 more reliable phone I dealt with Xavier,the worst salesperson Ive ever encountered, Charged me 50 dollars for a restocking fee for a defective phone .EVEN WHEN HIS COLLEAGUE TOLD HIM TO WAIVE THE FEE,HE WOULD NOT DO IT, I AM WITH T MOBILE FOR 13 YEARS IM THINKING ITS TIME FOR VERIZON,

Bunch of untrained idiots who cant even get the simple things right like adding a protection plan to a contract. They gave misinformation without actually checking my customer record so my daughter had to make an extra bus trip to get her phone and acted unconcerned when I called them out on it. On 2 different store visits -even after I told them to add it, they didnt and I had to go through customer service.

More worried about coworkers at some kind of event then customers standing right in front of them. Took him 3 times to activate phone then never called or texted when phone came in so disorganized and playing on there phones.

Indescribably the best service and patient workers. We transferred 10 lines over from Sprint. Now have better service as well as a cheaper bill
