My iphone desperately needed a new battery. I started to replace it myself but had trouble with a screw. Robert, the tech, was super helpful and friendly. He got the screw right out, no charge, then went ahead and popped my battery in. Its great to have this place in the neighborhood. Its great to fix things instead of tossing them--a little less toxic crap in someones landfill, a little boost for local business.

Ashley is really nice and professional. She did a great job on my phone and fixed a loose screw that I didnt even know about! Also the price is super reasonable for the quality of the service. Other places Ive been charged much more for much less. If you break your phone, go to TCR! Another good thing: its behind the coffee store so you can get a snack while you wait!

Great little shop tucked away. James was extremely personable and professional - went in to replace a badly cracked screen and was given a 15-minute expected turnaround. Right on time and as promised, my screen looked as good as new. Should anything ever happen again, Ill be going back.

Prompt service. Removed broken piece that was left in my phones headphone jack. The tech a solid 20 minutes on removing the piece left in the headphone jack. Excellent service.
