It all started with a trip to Durham Cellphone Repair to fix a crack on my wifes I phone. We called to schedule an appointment but were told we could come right in and get it fixed. The owner, Hugo, quickly took care of the problem in a professional and timely manner. Unbeknownst to me, it was not the last I would see of Hugo. The following day I dropped my Iphone in a giant bucket of BBQ sauce (its a long story). I called hugo who told me exactly what to do until I could bring the phone to him the following day. He cleaned the phone for me and ordered me a new speaker to get me back on track. His prices are fair and his work was exemplary. Would definitely recommend Durham Cellphone Repair to anyone in need of a fix.

Sprint tried telling me my phone was "damaged beyond repair" with a bent charging pin, without taking the back off to check my phone battery. They said it would be $186 for a damaged phone fee, plus $203 to buy myself out of my lease in order to get a new phone. I took my phone to durham cellphone repair today, it was only the battery that needed replaced. My phone is charging fine and working great. They only charged $60 and had it fixed in a couple minutes!

My first experience with Durham Cellphone Repair was great. friendly customer service that tended to my needs. I have an IPhone 5c and 6s my charging port needed to be replaced and screen was broken on the other. Within minutes the owner was able to take care of my issues.
