I went in to look for a charger and buy a phone case for my android. I just wanted a speedy process. The "get in, buy what you need, and get out," kind of experience. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and assisted by Hugo. He asked me what kind of phone I had, and knew exactly what direction to point me in. He showed me all of the available cases for my phone and throughout the entire process he enticed me with witty conversation and mediocre yet hilarious jokes. All in all, I had a good experience visiting eko wireless. Now every time I go to Northgate, I stop by just to say hello :)

Walked in was received in with a friendly greeting the employee helped me in choosing an unlocked iPhone and had very helpful assistant who gladly offered to place my screen protector while the other employee rung me out. Thank you guys!
