I just had the best experience of my life with T-Mobile. I walked in ready to cancel services and completely give up on you guys. Ive been a customer for about three years and lately you guys have been slacking with your services but my experience today with Chris made me realize why I chose you guys as my provider in the first place. He was very knowledgeable with the services and products. I needed help understanding my payments and why I was being charged for certain things. He was able to break down my statement so that I had a better understanding of exactly what I was paying. He is the true definition of customer service and professionalism. I will be back to see him for any of my needs in the near future.

Deceptive selling techniques. Patronizing store manager who misinforms you. Ended up with a payment plan I did not want and because I traded-in, cannot use "buyers remorse" to get my old phone back. Stuck with a new phone and $650 bill. Went back to complain and a sales associate pretended to be an area manager (even covering his badge with his hand to hide his real name and position). Avoid this store at all costs. Would have given less stars if I could. Called T-Mobile customer service and were less than useless. T-Mobile have now lost me as a long term customer because of this store.

After speaker to Chris i felt very sure that switching over to T-mobile will be the best service for me and my son. Chris was very kind, knowledgeable and confident of the Tmobile services provided.
