knowledgeable employees can give you a free account analysis, and unlike carrier stores, compare your current plan with other carriers to make sure you have all options before purchasing. these guys are not paid from commission so you can be sure they are selling you the best solution for you. as this location is not as heavily trafficked as a big box location, the employees can spend as long as necessary with you or have you out the door in a fraction of the time anywhere else. (if you already know what you need) when they say theyll support you for the life of your product, they stand by that.

The pace of adding a line and purchasing a phone moved quickly but not rushed. Was offered plenty of different options and never felt pressured. Had a small issue with my shield that was placed on my phone but they are replacing it. Good customer service.
