Beware these people do not know what they are doing. I brought my phone in that currently had service to see if I could get a better monthly plan. I told her I still had my service and I was just seeing what the prices were. When I decided I liked their plan I told her I needed to call and cancel my plan and pay my final bill. She said that was not necessary. I figured OK and I will call and cancel tomorrow. I get all set up with a new SIM card and she said it should work shortly. The next morning my phone still does not have service. I called my old phone service provider to cancel and pay my final bill. They advise that my phone must be unlocked before another SIM card will work. This will take 24-48 hours just to get approved to unlock then I have to actually unlock it. Im not a phone person. I didnt even know a phone needed to be unlocked but you would think they would. Thanks for selling me something I cannot use until I do what I was trying to do in your store when you said I didnt have to. Get a real job and learn how to do it. I should have known when they were texting while working with me. I should have known when she told me I didnt need to pay my final bill. I actually should have known when she was trying to tell me my phone was something other than what it was. And Im not even a phone person. I know what I buy though.
