I have always used Verizon Wireless as my cell phone provider. For the past year and a half I had an Iphone that I was unsatisfied with. I went to Verizon about a month ago to buy a new phone, in the store the guy helping me find a new cell phone was pretty informative and helpful for the most part. I decided I wanted to give the Galaxy S4 a try. He told me that the only issue with the phone was that it would be extremely difficult to get my songs to convert from my itunes to any other format for the Galaxy. This was wrong, I looked up this problem online and it said that it was a synch... it took me 5 minutes and google play automatically converts up to 20,000 songs from itunes for free. My next issue was that I was not receiving text messages from my friends and family that had Iphones. I called Verizon and they told me that this was a major issue that could not be fixed unless each person with an Iphone manually fixed the contact in their phone from an Iphone number to a cell number. I FOUND THIS RIDICULOUS, therefore I called apple to see if they could help me with this problem which they could. Again, this situation took less than a minute to fix. They told me to go into settings and switch my Imessage off and I immediately started receiving all text messages on my Galaxy phone. Normally I love Verizon but this experience was a major thumbs down for me.

I would rate this store a 5/5 but the wait was kind of crazy then again me and my mom did go in right before Christmas. But with that being pointed out the staff was friendly we walked around the store aimlessly looking at phones and products for what felt like a long time. The people who walked in right behind us struck up a conversation about how long the wait was. After getting a rep everything went pretty smoothly because they knew what they were doing it took maybe 5-10 min to complete my transaction after the rep did the spiel about all their phones on special I asked about the one phone I wanted and then was told about every other phone they had on special called my carrier to get account number to port number in all in all a good cs expierience. Just the wait they seem to be busy most days. My suggestion would be to have more csr working and having more stations to buy phones and complete transactions next time I will know to set up an appointment before going in for my next phone but the wait is what gives this place a 3/5 and I liked it better when you signed yourself in and got to see your name pop up on a screen in a queue.

If you want to buy a device that costs hundreds of dollars and then sign a contract for years to pay hundreds of dollars more on top of that - and make sure any time you have a question/comment/problem with your device/service you have to make an appointment like you are going to the doctor - then this Verizon is for you!!! Right off the heels of Apples succesful "We treat you like we are better than you, now go stand over there and wait for your appointment in two hours" is Verizons even more frustrating endeavour. Step 1) Walk in door. Step 2) Tell Door Greeter your issue (this is not optional, they ask) Step 3) be given a wait time (not nearly as insidious as the Apple store, which can actually be DAYS of wait time) Step 4) Tell the clerk your issue. In this process, the door greeter should be turned into a clerk, instead of a useless fixture with a pad. Imagine how many more people could be assisted when you add payroll to the category of people that assist!

Lied to and told I had to purchase so much money In Equipment in order to join the edge plan, once my sister joined the edge plan 3 months later without having to buy this equipment I called the store only to find out the employee lied to me To gain commission off my sales and they werent able to return any of the equipment I was forced to buy in order to join the edge plan because it was past the 14 day return policy, totally mislead and cheated out of over 200 dollars in equipment Ill never use

Horrible guy tries being nice rang my gs6 up as gs5 to save me 100. Did not ask for this and due to this I could not registered life proof case of course case and phone broke so had to pay 150 for ins. Then went to have guy xfr everything over to replacement phone he did not and had my data off when I got home. Also sent back my old phone with SD card in it. Wasting so much time and money and gas and headaches and got nothing in return not even my issue resolved. Crazy

Horrible... most of the people I saw here were so wrapped up in themselves it was difficult to get an employee to really pay attention to what it is you came in there for. This one "larger than life" salesman there completely ignored a co-worker who needed some help in order to continue helping their customer. "Larger than Life" guy you are conceded and not a team player. Have fun being a fat selfish greedy jerk.

I visited this store because my cell phone would not work. I was told it could not be fixed and I would need to purchase a new one. I then went to another Verizon Store in Victor, NY and the service person there was able to determine the problem-rain had apparently gotten into the ear plug hole, He fixed my phone in 5 minutes. Maybe-more training on service of cell phones as opposed to buy new, buy new!

Terrible customer service. Waited a half hour with only 2 people in front of me and was then told it would be a little longer. Said i had to leave because I had a wife and kids waiting in the car and the associate just said "okay!" No desire to help or apology for the wait. In fact they helped someone who came in after me for over 15 minutes because he "just had a couple questions."

They sold me invisible shield for my new phone saying that its life time warranty .it cracked in 7 days and manager wouldnt replace i went to invisible to place warranty they what to charge me shipping and I had to pay to ship the old one back . Its a trick the manger should of replaced it only being 7 days old jerk Ill go else where from now

very bad service, The employee was of no use to me what so ever. I told him I wanted to port my number, but he insisted that i get a new one. Then he told me that the plan i was looking for was discontinued and even went as far as to tell me that if i wanted it so bad, i should have gotten when it was valid. overall very disappointed

The service department is terrible, save for one gentleman. Ive taken a few phone over the last couple years for help. Usually, they just tell me they cant fix it and can do nothing without ever really looking at the phone. The next phone I get I will get via the website, then I wont have to deal with these guys.
