Spent $144 on a repair to my LG3 screen. The repair looked good and they did it the same day. Thats the good news. About 4 months later, I noticed some discoloration on the top edge of the glass. It looks like something in between the glass, but I do not know what it is, and the screen is still functioning. I then noticed it forming on the right edge as well. I went back to TCR. The repair guy there was not sure what was causing it. He took the phone to the back while I waited for 20mins or so. The manager then comes out and tells me he would need to charge me again for a repair because I was past the warranty period (about 2 1/2 months). I would think they could have at minimum offered a discount to repair it again as there is nothing I did to the phone to cause the problem, and I did just spend $144 in the shop a few months ago. Sometimes self imposed warranty policies should be modified to satisfy a customer, but this manager apparently did not think so. Poor business decision. Now they lost a customer and I would not recommend them to anyone. This review is a bit ironic because the same manager asked me to give them a good review online when I dropped off the phone for the repair initially, before they even did any work!

Took my iPhone 6s in to have the screen replaced. I was using a groupon to have it done. At first look this place seems legitimate. After the initial information was exchanged the "tech", if thats what you want to call him, asked for the passcode to my phone. When I questioned him about it, he said it was to "run tests" on the phone after the screen was replaced which he could have done in front of me. He said it would be 20-25 minutes. I left and came back about 20 min later. He came out and hadnt started on my phone because he claimed it was "ghosting", and opening and closing apps all by itself. Something that had never happened prior to taking it to them. Not only that, but miraculously they had opened an unread message and sent my location to someone in my messages. All of this seemed really sketchy to me. My phone is fixed, albeit the rear camera doesnt work. In summary, I can honestly say I wont be taking my phone back there nor will I be referring anyone else.

I spoke with a guy, super nice by the way, about fixing my iPhone 6 screen. Come to my knowledge it was going to cost a bit more than I had thought. Instead of saying sorry I cant help any further, he offered to double check if that was the problem. Of Course you can check to see for sure. He comes out moments later with my phone good as new, and told me that all he did was take it apart and cleaned a few things...... My phone was good as new with no replacement parts! Awesome, and the coolest part is I tried to pay him for the cleaning and he says no. He was happy to help someone without taking advantage of the situation. Now thats customer service at its finest. I failed to catch his name but the guy is a model employee for this company. Thanks again TCR on falls of nuese rd.

It stinks they make you give at least a one star as a rating in order to write a comment. This location has NEVER returned a call of mine. They were however, more than willing to take my iPhone behind closed doors to fix broken glass. They asked me if I knew what the price was, which i quoted their website, so thats what they charged me. Meanwhile, that night I googled it and there were several sources of discounts, of which Living Social was over 50% off what they had me pay. Of course they never returned my call about it. Although they are fairly quick to repair your phone, Id recommend bartering with them before agreeing to a cost and then requiring they allow you to observe them fixing your phone unless you dont care about privacy and saved passwords, etc.

I cracked my iPad 2 screen and needed the glass replaced. I found a Groupon deal and spoke to the representative about, who honored it without me purchasing it. The repair was done within a couple of days. However, I noticed the next day after picking it up that the screen was lifting. I called TCR and was told to bring it by. When I arrived, I voiced that I wasnt really happy about having to drive 1.5 hours again for something that should have been thoroughly inspected before giving it back to me. Neither representative in the store (there were two) offered apologies, compensate my gas/time, or discount off of merchandise in the store. I wont be back (unless my screen lifts again).

Gave 2 stars because the place looks nice, thats it. Ive been in this place 3 times for 3 different cracked phone screens. Not once have they had the parts to fix them. Not like I was taking in old phones, either. Today, took a current year model, very common S7. No parts. 7-10 business days to get them. Seriously, who can wait that long to get a phone fixed? You can get the parts from Amazon tomorrow, but they need 2 weeks? This has been the case each time. Plus, the price is high as well. Place at the mall fixed mine today, in 2hrs, for $70 less, likely with the same parts. I will say the staff has been courteous and helpful each time, they just never have the parts.

I went in to TCR to get my iPhone 6 repaired as it would not stay connected when I tried charging the phone. The service tech took one look at my phone an immediately diagnosed the issue of excessive pocket lint built up in the charge port. He removed the lint and confirmed my phone was now working properly again. His quick fix solution saved me over $60 in repair fees to replace the charge port as I was not charged for this repair. I highly recommend going to Triangle Cellular Repair as theyre very honest, friendly and deliver great customer service. I will always due business with them on any future cell phone repairs.

My phone fell and it broke the screen. I was looking for someone to repair it on the same day, after finding a couple of places this one came across. It had really nice reviews so I gave them a call to see if they had the screen I needed, sure enough they did! I went in and Josh helped me he was super nice and funny (he had a really cute laugh) they fixed my phone in like 20 minutes!! I was so excited it looks like a brand new phone!! I will recommend this place to everyone!! thank you Josh!!! :)

I cracked my phone screen a few months ago and finally decided to go ahead and get it fixed. I knew if it was done wrong it would void my insurance so I was really nervous to take it somewhere. Im glad I took it in! Steve was really nice and helpful, and answered all of my questions. Josh was also great, and fixed my phone quickly and very well!
