Dont do it! There is only one person who makes repairs & makes any decisions, he doesnt show until 3:30pm (2.5 hrs before it closes) and even if they installed a defective part... and continue to do so in its stead, too bad, no refund. Of course they dont tell you this when you first go in. They have a little sign on the wall umoungst many signs that says "no refund". Had I seen it they wouldve lost my business before they got it! 3 trips too many for something that should have been quick & simple. It was neither! I spent over an hour at this location everytime I went in. I recommend going to "fix in a zip". Theyre pros that get it done quick with quality products! I wouldve gone there this time but I thought Id try to save $20!! Next time Ill save myself the hassle!

DONT WASTE ANY ENERGY, TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. Be prepared for excuses, multiple blank trips and unanswered phone calls. And when you do talk to someone the people who work there say the guy who fixes the phones/tablet doesnt come until 4. I went there 3 different days after 4 and still have yet to see the guy who fixes iPads. They definitely didnt appreciate my business so good chance they wont appreciate yours. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

No refund policy, even if they keep replacing your product with defective products. Waste of time and money. I suggest "fix in a zip" instead. True professionals with great quality products, warentees, and a much quicker wait time then u would get here.
