My wife and I decided to purchase our first smart phone last week. We had a regular cell phone from many years ago. We were assisted by both Randall and JoJo. Both of them were extremely helpful, thoughtful, intelligent, and considerate. The personnel in the store are extremely ethical, and Randall recommended a cell phone that would fit our needs very well. They were very kind in spending time getting us used to the phone. The people in this facility are amazing, and we highly recommend this particular store. We drove about 25 minutes to get to the store, but it was very much worth it!!!

This store has made me want to stay a Verizon customer. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with the Verizon store on Six Forks Rd and actually was going to switch carriers. Paige helped me and was so very nice. After all, I think I will stay with Verizon now.
