Went into a corporate store at Pantops. Several employees there- noNE of them looked interested in helping - most were "playing" with their phones! Finally one of them looked up and, without moving, said what do you need. I explained my problem (I had been told by Verizon person to go there to get a new battery) - she replied (we dont have batteries. No attempt to help me. After some conversation I was told to go to another store. This Verizon store is a 20 mile trip foe me. When I explained that I didnt know where that was,I was told to use the location device on the phone - which wasnt working! ATT looks pretty good right now!

Rude employees and Manager. I had 3 phone upgrade I made appointment 12:00 but guy was busy with some else and other 5 agents were talking with each other so I told them if i had appointment 12:00 why you are waisting my time and I ask to talk to Manager but for my surprise manager start arguing with me and start yelling like crazy I was so surprise I told her you not suppose to talk to me like this . She said sir I want you to live my store, we are not going to help me. Shame on this Manager. I will not return this store again.

The customer service sucks here. I had a problem and the whole 3 minutes I was there all the agent did was tell me what he COULDNT do for me. He never suggested anything to help me nor did he try to make a sale which he could have easily did being as tho my phone wasnt working and Im upgrade eligible. And he also looked terrible as far as his appearance! His clothes were dingy and hanging off of him. Would never visit this store again

The guy that helped me Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He approached me as soon as I walked in and answered all of questions. Even when I was a little slow at understanding what he was telling me he was patient and kind and broke it down to my level. Haha

Having problems using call forwarding. I am away from Charlottesville and people cant leave a message. The service people who answer the Charlottesville number are certainly not in Charlottesville and didnt understand. Major problems with phone customer service

Great experience with Mike Warren. My family moved to Charlottesville and our phones did not work well , Mike took the time to show me all of the details and did not try and sell me things I didnt need! My phones work great now! I will reccomend to others.

Staff is not knowledgeable. Mike Warren is rude and unhelpful. Never once offered to speak with customer care just attempted to rush me into another device. I dont recommend this location. Told me to keep my Note 7 until it blows up.

Can take some time to get help and its a smaller Verizon store so not as many demos or employees, but still a pretty steady flow of customers. However, it is an actual Verizon store and the smaller atmosphere can be nice .

Went in to see about upgrading a line, the rep was actually knowledgeable and seemed honest even when addressing some aspects of the upgrade that were less than ideal. No pressure, overall a good experience.
