My laptop would no longer turn on. These guys were very friendly at drop off/pick-up and offered to "diagnose" my problem for free. Problem was that they suck at diagnosis. It took 48 hours for a guy to call me back saying that my "logic board" power circuit was broken and that they had no spare parts to fix this. Afterwards, on a hunch, I simply bought a new power cord from Amazon and boom computer works fine again. I find it disappointing these guys were either too lazy or inept to diagnose a faulty power cord. And if you dont know something just say so. Dont guess and tell customers that an expensive piece of hardware is broken so they end up spending hundreds/thousands of dollars on your advice.

Not open on weekends. Or Mondays. On July 20, 2015, between 9 and 10am, no one answered the phone. Also couldnt leave a message because voice mail was full. Why rent office space, which your customers get to pay for in the form of higher prices, then choose not to open your shop during business hours? In an era when you can order a $10 screen replacement kit off Amazon, then watch a Youtube video and fix your device yourself in an hour, youre going to need much better service and much lower pricing to stay relevant. Good luck. My business is going to a more responsive and reasonably priced local iCracked technician who picked up her phone immediately and set an appointment with me today.

I called and they quoted me $190+ to fix my iphone 6, I told the guy it only cost at least $70 less at other stores nearby I called to simple mac and one new store in downtown mall and he said are you sure and I looked it up while on the phone and said yeah , and he said oh ok and hung up. I thought this place is supposed to compete with other and be cheaper or at least equal?? Im confused.

What an awesome place!!! Oliver was recommended to me by Verizon(quietly cause they arent suppose to). I walked in, fixed in minutes, great price, wonderful conversation. He knew his stuff (Verizon misdiagnosed). He made my day! I would only recommend him(I have already). He is so honest. Actually that it what they said about him at Verizon......

First, let me say I have repaired phones, not as a business, but my own and for friends. It is not easy work, and I have been in IT, including PC repair, for 20 years. I have referred many people to StayMobile (Formerly SmartPhone MD), and never had I heard a complaint. I know they care about their customers, and it shows!

$120 to replace a cell phone screen. It then spontaneously cracked within 12 hours. They apparently dont any warranty. They refused to refund my money, and refused to fix the phone. The technician keep accusing me of sitting on the phone - which didnt happen. No phone, out $120 dollars, and accused of lying...

Dude was super friendly, did an apple certified repair on my totaled phone in 40 minutes. Unlike your mall kiosk or something, not only will they replace the screen, but also the whole liquid crystal and gel display behind it. Awesome environment, I would reccomend this place over any other in the area.

Oliver has been great to work with!!! I had two separate issues with my ear speaker and then also with a microphone on my iPhone 6. Oliver fixed both very quickly and with reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Staymobile!! :-)
