Gary is flat out AMAZING! He has a passion for his job and you can tell he really enjoys what he does , not only is he a real delight but he actually knows what hes doing ! Gary was super informative . I was having a few issues with my phone, Gary got them cleared right up he told me what he was doing and why every step of the way ! Than to top off this magnificent experience after he fixed my phone he looked at my bill and ended up switching up a few things and saved me money !!! SOMEONE GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!! I would say my visit was an A + ! The store is clean and nice ! The parking is good ,the location is easy and the staff is AWESOME ! Thanks Gary and Verizon!

The customer service was alright, but Ill never purchase a phone from here, for some reason they are WAY pricier than the other Verizon stores in Winchester. I need to purchase a new phone without the upgrade discount because my current one broke and I was quoted over $800 before the activation fee and all that for a phone I can purchase off their website for $599.99. The other Verizon stores in the area quoted me a price of around $650 after taxes and the activation fee. Again, for the same exact phone. Even the Verizon Edge plan was several dollars more than what the other Verizon stores offered.

First off I would like to say that I have been a Verizon member for about 5 years and like the products and services that come along with being a member. Especially, when it comes down to having a great customer service. The young lady named Brenda was super helpful and actually put the time and effort to making my visits wondrous. Definitely recommend this location if your trying to get a delightful welcome from the staff.

My wife and I bought two new samsung galaxy phones from this store last week and I was very happy with the service there. The employees didnt try and force anything on us that we didnt need and the store manager who sold us the phones helped me get them set up in the store and worked with us on pricing for cases and covers for the screens. Probably the best expereince I have had buying phones

I just want to say hands down to a young handsome man I believe his name was Gary! I was in this store the other day, My phone had shut off and couldnt get in back on. Well Mr Gary swooped in a saved my day "we all know how terrible life can be without our cellular connections". Everybody needs a Gary in their life..Somebody give that boy a promotion or a raise that will work too!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!..best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store in years..not only did they help me RIGHT AWAY with all my questions about my phone but they checked my plan to check if it was the right fit for me PLUS now I get a great discount because of where I work on my bill every month! Amanda is great, very helpful and kind and most of all friendly.

Sawyer helped me get my first smartphone here. He was also able to connect my Jeep to their new hum smart car device and did all of this for less than $100/MO. He took the time to show me how my new Samsung S7 works and installed the hum in my Jeep. Brenda, the manager, gave great conversation to an old man like myself while I waited for the phone to set up.

I am more than satisfied with the help I got from Gary and Brenda at the store...it took the two of them just over an hour to upgrade my phone set up a small hotspot and install a verizon device into my car that sends maintenance reports to my phone. verizon seems to have stepped up their game becuase for what I paid products and services are outstanding

Unfortunately my phone had stopped charging for the second time. I live in Florida and am visiting family when this happened to my phone. Luckily I had visited this store and Steve and Michael were very helpful. They let me know that I only had a small amount to pay off my phone and upgrade it, which I did and I got a free ellipse 7!! Thanks so much!!

My visit to this store was fantastic!!! As a Sprint customer I was exploring switching over and once I decided to do this..... Gary Jenkins made it unbelievably easy! Amazing experience! Upgrading my phone has never been easier. Sawyer is the most knowledgeable sales rep I have ever come across. He presented me with many different options and made sure my new Samsung phone was the best fit for me. Another store had my business in years prior, but this store has it moving forward!

Lets talk about great service! Gary was as nice of a person Ive ever dealt with in any store ever. Helped me understand the plan I was getting and really talked me into a few things I didnt plan on getting. Wonderful service and I recommend to call ahead and ask if Garys working and if not, wait till he is :D

Went into Verizon and expected it to be like any other trip to any other store but instead Gary Jenkins made my time easy and I got what I needed and was out the door without a problem if you plan on go to Verizon i would recommend waiting for a day Gary Jenkins is at the store.
