Lucas Hill a wonderful sales person. He brought us back to Verizon from at&t. Lucas did everything possible to see thst we were happy. He explained how the samsung 7 worked help me understand it. Its nice to know that verizon has that type of customer . service. He made sure we very happy with our new phone and understood them. Would like to say Lucas is and outstanding sales person. If I have any problems with my phone I know where I can go to see that its taken care of. I want to thank him again. He is an asset to your company. He is outstanding! Thanks again Melanie

I came in last night to buy a replacement charging cord for my phone and was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I have been to this location several times,. and this experience, like all the others have been stellar. Chuck helped me get what I needed and was so friendly and helpful. Its nice to go to a phone store and for once be treated like a friend rather than just another sale. I feel like I can really trust them! 10/10 would come here again.

Bud was awesome today when he helped me! Lost my new phone on a kayaking trip and have been without a phone for 4 days! I was super stressed out when I came into see him for help. He took over, and fixed everything like it wasnt a problem at all. I was sooo shocked at how easy he made my problem go away. He lifted a ton of weight of my shoulders!!!!! Thank you Bud!!!!

Chuck is awesome. I came in to change phones and Chuck walked me thru and made all the nessassary changes to pull photos, email, texts, and apps over. The location was extremely easy to get in and out of as there was no long lines or wait times. In my opinion its worth the trip to drive by pantops to and come here for all your cell phone needs.

Chuck Palmer was fantastic! He went above and beyond to help me transferring data to my new iPhone. Everything was transferred perfectly, even text messages. The last time I changed phones (one year ago, same store) not everything was transferred. Truly this was a great experience.

Went in this evening to get assistance reactivating an older iPhone to replace a lost one. Had to swap the sim card, checked over my data plan to make sure we were in the right plan and got the phone activated in a few short minutes. Thanks for the quick service

These folks are lousy. They cant or wont really do anything for you if you have an issue with your phone. Get the ole "were not a corporate store" and lots of other malarkey. Youll get about the same level of expertise from the phone section at Walmart.

I was really upset before went into the Palmyra Verizon store. I had dropped my phone in the washing machine and it wouldnt work. After talking with Kenneth Allen, he solved all of my problems. I left the store with a new phone and in a much better mood.

As a long time use of Verizon, I will stay as such. They provide the best coverage in my rural area and the staff are always friendly. When deciding to add a third line we viewed providers but untimely stayed with Verizon.
