I dont normally leave reviews unless I believe the service is above and beyond. I went to this location and switched over my internet, cellphone, and TV over to AT&T. I worked with Jose and I was so impressed. Gave me his business card with a personal number to send a text message to with some questions I had. Explained everything I was switching over in detail including pricing and fees. Ended up upgrading to a new phone.... and he installed the cover and screen protector at no additional charge. Very pleasent experience, and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for better phone service. I will be a returning custumer for any needs in the future.

Do not sign up with AT&T, they are the worse! Sprint is much better for plans and for customer service and their willingness to help you and not overcharge you. I was with ATT for a year and I have been charged so much over charges and if I was over a week late on my payment they would disconnect me and charge me 50 additional dollars, Sprint does not do that! I am switched to Sprint as of today and I cannot tell you enough how awful ATT is! Do yourself a favor and go to Sprint and stay away from ATT.

AT&T sucks. I wouldnt recommend this service provider to anyone. Their main claim is that they keep you connected when in fact you can not keep a signal with them no matter where you are located. They try to claim their lack of service is either working on towers in the area (if I had a nickel for every time Ive heard that one) or my favorite YOU NEED A NEW PHONE!!! Give your money to another company who can truly keep you connected.

Good! Knowledgeable people who know their equipment, and will take the time to go over the operation. Other reviews which complain about late fees are the kind of customers one does not want. I have never experienced that with AT&T. The service works in the remote areas which i use and the coverage exceeds that of Verizon and Sprint. I heartily recommend them.

Each time I have been in for assistance the employees have been very knowledgeable about the products and services. Sometimes I have to wait for assistance because they are busy; but the service and knowledge is so much better than any of the other cellular service store.

I have used AT&T for many years because the coverage is dramatically better than ANY of the other carriers in our area. The staff at this store have always worked with me to solve whatever issue I might be having and have always been helpful, polite and cheerful.

I liked that there was air conditioning. cant these guys multitask? transferring data from one phone to another twiddling their thumbs while they wait. meanwhile queue is four deep and a guy is just registering people, and there are two unused terminals.
