Employees get commission for each sale so you would think they would WANT you to buy a product here. Wrong! The girl working here was OK to start but her attitude got worse the longer I was there. Who the hell trained this girl? I want to know where she learned to talk to customers that way. She was completely indifferent couldnt figure out how to unlock the phone I wanted and then shrugged her shoulders and said "I dont know what to tell you." Well you donkey you could start by apogizing for me wasting my time for 45 minutes. Then you could offer me a different phone above or below my price range (remember your job is to SELL ME A PHONE), and then if NONE of the phones you offer are really what I am looking for you you politely ask me to come back tomorrow when someone else will be in-store to assist with phone set ups so I can buy the phone I initially wanted. I was pissed when I left the store, the girl never said sorry I couldnt be more helpful, come back tomorrow, she just looked at me like I was stupid and let me walk out the door . I DID buy a phone later but at a DIFFERENT boost mobile vendor and the girl that helped me there was very nice and professional. La Chica que trabaja aca tiene caracter de perro , una actitud PESSIMA y me dio ganas De darle un buen putazo para que aprende hablar con los clientes porque es obvio que ESA pata Rajada no LA educaron bien y no ayuda LA jente. Es mas, si Ella no le gusta trabajar con el publico que valla a buscar un ollo donde vivir para no amargar LA Vida De nosotros los plebes!!! Jamas vuelvo a comprar en esta tienda!

I have not met a more helpful boost rep then Jenny we is the most helpful and polite. She helped me find a phone and a plan that fit my budget. And every time I go in with a problem.she knows how to fix it and was very polite and answered all my questions with no problem she know how to do her job and is very good at it . Boot needs 10 more just like her . good job Jenny keep up the good work .and because of u I will not go anywhere else 4 a phone !!!!!! Keep up the good work boost should be happy to have u .
