My Husband said his phone was messed up and I told him to go to Verizon to have them look at it. He went to that one in Brockport after work and the lady, Carolyn in there told him his phone is old and he can get one for $400. And he said no I am not paying for anything. So Carolyn told him you can get this Droid for free. So he ok. Well when he got home I asked him how did it go and he was like oh I got a new phone. I was thinking they replaced his with the same one he has since it is less then a year old. We got it June 2013. We got him that kind of phone for a reason. So when he pulled out his new phone I saw what it was the Droid and was not too happy about that. He told me everything and I was like NO!! we went back down to the store and the lady Carolyn took my upgrade and locked me into a 2 year contact which I have been thinking since last year to go somewhere else. Funny thing is my husband is NOT an authorized user on my account for this reason and Carolyn never call me. My husband’s phone is less than a year old and still has a manufactures warranty for it. So after 3 hours in the store trying to take care of this (the second guy Bill was great) and it’s still messed up this morning. Now I have to waste more of my time to fix this. Plus the time my husband was in the store for an easy fix. My account is so messed up and when I call Verizon I am on hold forever. I called the store again this morning and talked to Rick and of course have to explain the story over he told me it will only take a minute to fix and does not see a problem when I call. I should not have too call to fix this problem. He told me he would fix it for me. He calls me back and told me that everything is fine he took care of it and told me I don’t have to call the store back and speak with Frank. I still have the message on my phone. I looked at my account again and I am back to my month to month and nope NO upgrade so if I am staying with Verizon I have no upgrade. I called the store back and Rick answered the phone and I tried to tell him that there still is a problem and he would not let me talk and told me that I should be happy he helped me and there is nothing else Verizon can do. I hung the phone up because he was not going to help me. Now I have wasted more of my time and I am at work and I am sure you can understand that does not look good that I have to do personal stuff at work to take care of something should have never happened in the first place. So AT&T is looking pretty good at this point….

Dont Bother-Only deal with The Corporate Stores.The corporate Verizon wouldnt help me because they dont deal with the company that sells the screen protector Brockport Verizon sold me. I had to drive back to Brockport. The $30 screen protector that I bought here cracked. They did not replace it with the same quality screen protector. They took my phone out of the case to put the screen proctector on and did NOT replace the metal piece that I had that allows me to connect it to the $30 car holder so I can use my GPS. Air bubbles under the protector and the manager said it will settle and I will have to use a credit card to get the rest out. Called the next day and they said there were two customers ahead of me.... Really.... Ahead of me from yesterday? Arrived at the store and the manager looked around the desk and said it must have been thrown out. We will call you if we find it. It is only $60 I am out now but the fact is their customer service is non-existant.

I had a great experience at this store this week. I had damaged my phone beyond repair and went to this store for help. Rich ODonnell was a life saver. He helped me quickly to explore my options, fill out the insurance claim and explain everything. Rich really went above and beyond to assist me in my time of need. Having worked in customer service myself for 15+ years, I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way to help me as Rich did. He made the whole experience so easy and painless for me. Anyone who has filled out an insurance claim knows that it can be a daunting task and requires a lot of time and effort. With Richs help, my experience was fantastic. I would recommend this store to anyone for any of their cellular needs. This was the easiest, best customer experience Ive ever had with any Verizon issue in the 20 years Ive been a customer.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Have a 22month old galaxy note 4 and was having an issue. I took it to them and they didnt even look at it. They said its broken you should buy a new one phones dont last more than 2 years anyways. I said a $700 phone only last 2 years? Thats a joke I think its the battery do u have one I could try? They said yes if you buy one for $30. I said no thank and proceeded to get up to leave and the guy goes so you are just going to walk around with a charger attached to it all the time? I said yes and went to amazon prime got a brand new battery for $18 dollars and the phone works like the day I bought it. What a joke this place is

Best verizon experience ever! Brian was able to grab all the things I needed AND quickly! I knew just what I wanted and he delivered IT professionally and fast! I had my 2 girls with me and needed a phone fast since I lost mine again lol. I knew I was due for an upgrade and Brian had me covered from the phone, accessories, and a gift for my husband all under 30 min! Brians buddy Matt was also a huge help! He got everything working while Brian set everyone up! WHEN YOU NEED TO GO TO A VERIZON, GO TO THE BROCKPORT LOCATION! YOU R SURE TO HAVE A STRESS FREE, FAST SERVICE

I had the worst customer service experience with this company. I called so many times I lost count over a simple refund and I never once received a call back in the last 2 months. A employee even hung up on me the last time I called because I asked for a manager and didnt want to get into detail with him with what I was calling about. The employee told me when I change my attitude I can call back and hung up. I would never recommend Cellular Sales to anyone. If I could give a negative star I would.

Back in April I was highly frustrated with my cell phone provider, I walked into the location in Brockport and was greeted at the door by Jeff. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He offered me coffee and made sure I understood everything before I signed up for anything. He wasnt pushy, he was just very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I left there feeling happy and confident in my decision to switch to Verizon, and I am still incredibly happy with my decision! Great Job!!
