I am currently at this Verizon , have been here for about over an hour now. Came in to transfer photos from an old phone onto my current phone and so my little sister could activate my old phone. Well it took the man about 20 mins to first come up to us to attend to us. They need more employees because just having one worker is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous ! At least two employees would make things run much smoother, and if they cant afford to have to employees at one time than at least get someone that can multitask. I will not be coming to this Verizon again.

This store charged two activation fees that were never told would be charged. They also allowed me to use an upgrade from another phone on our plan but failed to tell me this would not cause the bill to incur two device monthly payments instead of one. So the number I used the upgrade for now has to pay their equipment fee when their phone has been paid off. Very sneaky way to get $25.00 more a month from your customers. Not to mention a great way to cause a family feud.

This place needs more employees or something. Took forever to get someone to help. It would have been faster to order online and wait for UPS to bring the phone to me.
